Hello everyone.

We all live such busy and hectic lives these days. This takes a toll on our capacity to do simple things that were once easy tasks. Like remembering appointments or the thing that you walked in the room to grab and instantly forgot. 🤣

In light of this and our ever building busy lives, I have decided to introduce a gentle reminder message 1 hour before your appointments. This will help not only protect my income, but protect your fur family from having to wait long periods due to missed appointments and unneccesary fees due to lateness, no-showing to an appointment and matting fees that may arise due to waiting extra long periods to be groomed. 🩷 As always, thank you for your continuous love and support and allowing me the pleasure to groom your fur family.

August is almost booked out and September is well on it's way and half booked out too. 🩷

Please remember the importance of booking ahead, especially as the weather starts to warm up.

Bookings are limited and booking ahead is essential to making sure you do not have to wait for your furry family to be groomed.

Important Update: Grooming Prices Effective 1 August

Dear valued clients,

I would like to provide an update regarding changes to grooming prices, effective 1 August.

Over the past year, the cost of running a grooming business has continued to increase, including significant rises in the cost of grooming products, electricity, gas, water, and general operating expenses. To continue providing the high standard of care, quality products, and attention to detail that your pets deserve, grooming prices will be increasing from this date.

I have worked hard to absorb these rising costs for as long as possible, however this adjustment is necessary to ensure I can continue delivering the level of service, safety, and care you have come to expect.

As part of this change, I am also pleased to advise that the EFTPOS surcharge will no longer apply from 1 August. This means the price you are quoted will be the final amount payable, regardless of your payment method.

I truly appreciate your understanding and continued support. Your pets’ comfort, wellbeing, and the quality of their grooming experience remain my top priorities, and I look forward to continuing to care for them.
