Please remember to fill in the Tracking Test Information Sheet available on the same page and send to the Trial Manager. This information aids organizers in which judge you compete under. You must compete under 2 different judges for a title to be valid

Memberships were required to be paid within 21 days of the AGM. We gave plenty of notice....tracksure and a reminder. Going forward renewals will need a $10 rejoining fee to be paid in addition to membership fee.

DUE NOW....and if paid after 21 days of AGM will be subject to additional joining fee. Memberships are now due and under our new Constitution these payable within 21 days of the Annual General Meeting which was held on 20th November 2025. Over the years we have put all the titles our dogs have gained throughout previous years on their sashes. Due to the difficulty encountered each year as the number of activities have increased the work in collating and chasing up (sometimes on numerous occasions) to ensure correctness of all the titles on sashes, this has become a full time experience. Mistakes occur and either the club has to pay or the owner for not providing the correct information so the committee has made the considered decision that only each title gained within our discipline will be printed on the individual sashes your dog has earned. We will now provide named sashes for all titles gained within our discipline to give greater recognition to the well deserved effort of the tracking dog and their handler.

Important REMINDER!!!
Tracking Club SGM to update the Club Constitution 7.30 at DRP Cromwell Road Kilburn this Tuesday night 16/9/2025...in the Marsula Brine building. Please come if you can as our constitution just needs a little tweaking (eg Cheques are rapidly disappearing and currently that's the only way we can pay bills under the current version), and we would prefer to deal this now and not at the AGM where we have way more important things like title sashes to deal with :) . PIC for attention!!!
