Mr Murphy you are the sweetest yet trusting boy especially with what you have been through. Its so hard recieving a call for a dog that the owner feels may have been abused by another groomer. Murphy showed all the signs and it was heartbreaking to think the owner was doing everything right by her fur baby and a rogue, uneducated groomer has made this sweet boy scared and taken trust from a doggy mumma and stepped all over it.
Please know dog grooming is an unregulated industry meaning anyone can buy a trailer and call themselves a groomer with NO previous certificates in the animal industry. NO previous seasonal allergy education, NO previous coat conditioning training, NO previous solution education, NO previous dog behaviour training, No previous dog handling or breed specification training. This is a huge issue. Tafe does a short course but its nowhere near enough and training needs to be side by side with an educated groomer.
This is why I continue to educate myself and expand my knowledg to assist amazing people who care and want the best for their dogs.
Thank you for trusting me
