have a few years' experience looking after small and medium dogs, ranging from Cattle dogs to Havenses which where family pets and friends who couldn't find a sitter. I love all animals big a small and I have my very own 5 chickens who are my only pets, while my partner has 2 cats and a dog that I absolutely love. Introducing Patterson one of the babies of my family, I’ve had the privilege of being part of this boys life since he was a few weeks old. I love the fact that I’m the one person who is trusted with looking after this crazy little baby. Living in Victoria I am more than happy to travel across states just to look after him. Where will you walk my dog?

Upon booking I will have a discussion with you about where you would like me to walk. Please be advised this is a minimum of 2km and I will not be doing anything less. This is not a timed service so it make take 10-20 minutes where you were expecting 30 minutes.

What information do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?

I will need to know your pets normal behaviour and any of their fears before I come for the meet and greet. Knowing who your main vet is is essential as I need to know where you have been regularly going incase if an emergency.

What is the estimated time that you will be spending with my pet each day?

Being a student I have school most days of the week but I am lucky to have a few days of just online school at the moment. I am able to spend most of my time with your pets on the weekends and some of my days with just online school whereas my practical days are from 9:30am until 3/4:30pm.

Why did you move away from MadPaws and create this page?

I moved away for a few reasons; 1, they not only charge you anywhere from $2-$20 extra to what I believe I am charging you and my rates but I also then pay on top 10-20% out of my own pricing. I would rather this be a cheaper experience for you and to not have to be paying for extra fees. 2, contact via MadPaws can sometimes be hard as at times I don’t receive notifications about messages and updates on the bookings.

What are the offered living conditions?

As I currently have 5 chickens of my own I do not offer a Pet Hosting service as of yet. I do however provide a residential service to looking after your pets, once I have moved out of my family home this may become an available service.

Pet sitting stays are from 6pm-9am.
House visits are either a 30 minute or 1 hour visit, these cannot be split into more visits.
Pet daycare is either an in home or out of home service from 10am until 4pm for the weekends and school holidays
Dog walking is a minimum of 2km and more I’m can be added at an extra cost.
Extra time and needs MAY incur in a fee in which you will be advised about upon the closure of the meet and greet.

Do you provide bookings longer than a week?

Yes! I provide bookings up to 3 months for in home or out of home care whereas my walking services can be used indefinitely. For longer booking I will need at least a months notice before hand so I can ensure that I am available to look after your pets.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation is free up until 7 days before the start date of your booking or you will be charged 50% of your total booking value.

Do you provide emergency services?

Yes I do, if you have an emergency or only have less than 24 hours to give notice I am still able to accept a booking unless I myself am not available, if this is the case I will give you the contact information of another sitter who may be able to help.

What are the pets that you will and will not accept?

I will accept:
- Small/Medium/Large/Giant dogs
- puppies
- cats
- kittens
- birds
- rabbits
- guinea pigs 

I will NOT accept:
- rats
- mice
- reptiles

I unfortunately cannot work legally with rats or mice as I need to have at least 72 hours without contact of them because of my schooling conditions. I will not work with reptiles as I have not had any experience working with them or looking after them and I cannot promise to give them the utmost care as I do not have the knowledge to.

Can you pickup/drop off my pet?

Yes! Depending on the distance and time/dates the price will vary as well as being able to provide this service. It is roughly $10-$25 per pickup/drop off for those in the Craigmore/Munno para/Gawler area and increases the further away you are.
