The club has many successful trialling teams. Here is one good news story. The German Shepherd Dog Club of South Australia Inc held their annual Balmead Shield Obedience Trial on the 8th August in somewhat wet weather conditions.
The teams event was held in the Open Class this year and there were 3 x teams that competed for the Shield. Congratulations to the winners, SDK&ODC Inc. with a score of 533. In second place, PDODC on a score of 502 and in third place, SAODC with a score of 462. Congratulations to all!

Dom was the star of our team with the only qualification and the first leg of his Open (CDX) title with 184 points and 3rd place. He went on to gain the 2nd leg of Open at Port Adelaide on 23rd August with 189 points.
