We've just taken on a mum and 4 babies from a home with many more that we're trying to help with. Plus another 2 kittens from one place and 3 from another that were organising as well.

We'll have our lucky squares available at the Gather at Blackwood Market on Sunday too!

***JACK AND APPLE ADOPTED***

Jack has now joined his 2 brothers Damian and Noir, and Apple at Petstock. He really loves a good belly rub and he's ready for his furever home.

Damian, Noir and Apple are now available at Petstock, Melrose Park.
These beauties having been growing up in a backyard in Morphett Vale, being cared for by the resident. They are really sweet and will be big, smoochy softies with a bit of time, patience and some treats too.

Indoor life is still pretty new, but we think they will adapt quickly. They have been around lots of cats, but they are untested with children or dogs.

Our adoption fee of $230 includes:
- Desexing
- 1st vaccination
- Microchipping
- Parasite treatments up to date of adoption
- Litter training
- Socialisation
- Adoption pack full of goodies to get me started!

Hi! My name is Maysilee! I was trapped with my mum and 4 siblings in a backyard in Somerton Park!

It's taken me a while to get used to humans, and while I'm still a little shy, I love a head rub! Meal times are the way to my heart. If you have a creamy treat I'll love you even more!

When I'm not eating, you'll find me playing with my siblings and toys.

I'm best suited to a quiet home with another social cat who can continue to teach me the ins and outs of indoor life.

We had a late night intake this week from Nexus Emergency Vets that's made us so sad.

Amber is a 9-year-old lap cat who was handed in at Nexus as a stray. She's desexed and microchipped. Even registered on a national database. Nexus did what all vets do when a cat is microchipped. They got the owners details and attempted to reunite this lovely girl with her owners.

The numbers were discounted. The emails bounced. They found out the owners moved from the address listed a while ago.

Was Amber abandoned and left behind to fend for herself? Was she rehomed but her microchip never transferred? Was she dumped? We'll never know.

Updating your pet's microchip details when your contact details change is so important! If your pet goes missing and your details aren't correct then they'll end up like poor Amber who was very obviously a much-loved pet. In a rescue and looking for a new home.

If you own Amber, please contact us. We will hold her until her vaccination appointment on the 11th of June. If noone has come forward for this girl by then, she'll be looking for a new home. Until then, she'll be getting all the attention she's obviously been missing. She's a very chatty girl and likes to tell us her story as often as she can. If only we knew how to speak cat!

Little Lilo, Stitch and Nani were desexed today at Familypet Vet 😻 we couldn't help taking a pic of little Nani rolling over for a belly rub, Mr Stitch being his purry self and little Lilo sitting back recovering before putting the girls in their post surgery suits.

They're not quite ready for a new home just yet as we like to ensure our girls are nicely healing before heading off for their new chapter. Keep an eye on the page for their adoption posts! We just know these guys will be snatched up real quick!
