Dale started 4 weeks ago with his work experience program and has been doing a wonderful job!
Dales customer service is already incredible and he’s a whizz on the EFTPOS 👏
And here he’s learning line brushing with our groomer Chelsea.

Dear valued Clear Paws customers,

We would like to remind everyone of the importance of being on time for your scheduled appointment. We have noticed this year the increase in turning up to your appointment late is becoming excessive -this week alone over 50 percent of clients have been late and while we understand traffic and parking can be difficult we work to a schedule like any other salon and industry and this puts us behind and does effect the whole day.
We ask that you please allow for and factor this in to making it to your appointment on time.
Our policy has always been that your appointment will be considered a no show and cancelled and a no show fee will be charged when it’s been 20 minutes. We’ve been very relaxed about enforcing this , however moving forward this will be strictly enforced.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible if you are running late. This policy is in place to ensure that we can accommodate all customers and provide the best possible service.

Please be respectful of our schedule and other customers who are waiting for their appointments.

TOILETING
We also ask that you please take your dog to the toilet prior to their appointment. We understand accidents do happen for our beautiful furry friends however to minimise this as much as possible please take them for a toilet break before their appointment.

To our amazing Clear Paws families,

Thank you so much for the opportunity of letting us groom your beautiful furbabies these last two and a bit years.

Due to the significant increased costs of running a business, we will have a slight rate rise. As of Monday 17th April 2023 there will be an increase across our services.
As you know we haven’t increased our pricing in our time of trade and have been absorbing costs for a while now and with the increase in products, equipment and utilities we just cannot put this off anymore.
We so greatly appreciate you and thank you for your ongoing support of Clear Paws - it means the world to us. We are committed to providing you with the highest level of quality grooming for your pet and to ensure satisfaction to you, our valued customer.

You know it’s been a full steam ahead start to the year when you haven’t posted since Christmas 😅😱
We’ve been heads down tails up working hard!
We’ve welcomed new NDIS participants into the salon and they’re doing a wonderful job settling in and learning.
We’re still not able to take on new clients at this time and the next available appointments for current clients are at the end of March.
There are lots of days throughout the year already fully booked as well. So we recommend booking a few appointments ahead always. 🐾🐾🐾

That’s a wrap on 2022.
Thanks so much from the bottom of our hearts to all our clients for a wonderful year.
We’re off for 2 weeks to spend time with our families and enjoy the holiday season.
The phone won’t be checked in this time.
