We strive to build a modern facility; that enables us to expand our rescue and adoption, community outreach and education services. The organization is dedicated to improve the lives of animals in our community and beyond. We promote responsible pet guardianship, the humane treatment of animals and work towards ending animal overpopulation; through education and a variety of programs. 🚨 URGENT FOSTER NEEDED FOR GINNY (HOPE) 🚨

Many of you may remember Ginny also known as Hope the sweet puppy who was surrendered by her rescuers.

Since then, she has been staying in a foster home and has made progress, but she is now at a stage where she truly needs a more suitable foster environment. Ginny is still very young and needs more one-on-one time, guidance, structure, patience, and human interaction to help her learn how to navigate life, build confidence, and continue developing into the amazing dog we know she can become.

Unfortunately, her current foster arrangement can only continue until THIS THURSDAY, and right now… we have absolutely nowhere for her to go.

We are genuinely desperate for help.

Please if you can foster, know someone who can, or even just share her story we are begging for your support. Sharing could genuinely be the reason she finds safety.

She does not deserve to end up with nowhere to go again.

Can you help create a post for ziggy 🙏 he has come such a long way bless him.

Ziggy Update 🤍

He has moved into Sara’s home, where he’s being fostered and cared for closely and he’s been doing incredibly well.

He now weighs 25kg from being only 15kgs , full of energy, high spirits, and has adjusted beautifully with all the other pets at home. His transformation has been truly special to witness.

But we now need your help.

A few months ago, we started noticing unusual masses developing on Ziggy’s chest. We immediately took him to the vet and agreed to monitor them closely.

Unfortunately… they’ve grown.

At his latest check-up, the veterinary team strongly advised urgent surgical removal followed by a biopsy to determine exactly what we’re dealing with and how to treat it.

We want to be honest 💔
There is a concern it could be cancer.

This is something sadly common in Dobermans, and Ziggy is only 4 years old. After everything he’s been through, this is a fight he shouldn’t face alone.

The challenge now is the cost.
The surgery and biopsy (which must be sent to a central lab) come at a significant expense — and delaying is not an option.

We’re going to be blunt, because sometimes the truth needs to be said.

Today we’re sharing the faces of our boarding dogs. Some of these souls have waited far too long. They have watched days become months, and months become years, hoping someone would finally choose them. Safe in boarding, yes — but safety is not the same as living. A kennel is not a home, and waiting is not a life. No animal deserves to spend half its life institutionalised, behind gates, in cages, or in endless limbo.

This is the side of rescue many do not see. It is not always happy endings, rainbows, and heartwarming stories. Often it is heartbreak, impossible choices, exhaustion, financial pressure, and carrying pain quietly while trying to keep going.

As painful as it is to admit, we cannot save them all. We save the ones we can, and we grieve deeply for the ones we cannot reach in time. That is the reality. Love alone does not create space. Compassion alone does not pay for boarding. Good intentions alone do not open homes. Action does.

Summer is coming. Spaces become limited, costs increase, and options become fewer. We understand the pressures everyone faces, but the truth remains: for some of these dogs, this may be their final real chance to find the life they deserve.

So when you see their photos, please do not scroll past. Look into their eyes. Read their story. Share their post. Ask about fostering. Consider adopting. Sponsor if you can.

🐾 Meet Ginny 🐾

Meet our newest (and youngest!) Furrballs member, Ginny 💛

This sweet girl had a tough start — she was found in very poor condition in a parking lot, likely after being hit by a car, with a serious chest wound. Thankfully, a kind-hearted family stepped in, got her the care she needed, and helped her make a full recovery.

Now Ginny is safe with us and ready to find her forever home ✨

She’s an outgoing, playful puppy who gets along well with dogs of all sizes, is comfortable around cats, and does well with kids. Like many puppies, she’s still learning to use her mouth gently, so she’d do best with slightly older children or experienced dog parents.

Ginny is incredibly affectionate, cuddly, and full of love. She’d thrive in an active home — whether that’s with a family, a couple, or a single adopter.

She’s approximately 5–6 months old, microchipped, and has received her first set of vaccinations. Her tests for Giardia and Ehrlichia are negative, and her blood work looks great — she’s happy, healthy, and ready to go 💕

FOR ADOPTION - Meet Lyra 🌺

Update from her foster Mom; ‘Lyra is incredibly affectionate — once she bonds with you, you become the center of her universe. She loves being close and spending quiet time together.

Lyra already does p*e and poo on the pad, and accidents are now very rare. We’re still working on outdoor potty training, but when she does it outside she clearly knows it means celebration and cookies, which makes her very proud.

At home she is very calm and gentle, doesn’t destroy anything, and just wants to feel safe and loved. She is amazing with my son, my fur son and my cat.

Lyra is a sweet, loving, and very special girl, and whoever adopts her will be very lucky. 🐾

We wanted to share this beautiful story from one of our previous adoptees, Kenzo, who found his forever home with his loving family last year. 🐾

During this dark and difficult time for many organizations here in the UAE, inspiring stories like Kenzo’s are what keep us going. 💖

His family expresses how amazing he has been, bringing joy, intelligence, and an abundance of love into their lives. They couldn’t imagine life without him!

P.S. Kenzo’s sister, Lala, is still looking for her foster or forever home. Please consider giving mixed breeds a chance; they deserve it just as much as any other dog.

A small reminder to our pet community 🤍
Helping animals is something we all care deeply about.

In the UAE, fundraising without proper approvals is illegal — even when intentions are good. This can unintentionally create legal issues and affect the work of licensed shelters.

There are still many powerful ways to help animals safely and responsibly: adopt, foster, volunteer, support licensed shelters, and spread awareness.

Together we can protect animals and protect the community that supports them. 🐾

With everything happening in the world, we need your help more than ever. It’s incredible to see the pet community come together for these gentle souls. Today, we’re focusing on the positives always on our Furrballs. 💙

All we ask is a short-term foster for these lovable, often overlooked pups. Whenever we request help with rides, people comment on how beautiful and misunderstood these mixed breeds are.

Yes, some may need a little extra TLC to build confidence, but a studio apartment in a calm, dog friendly neighborhood is absolutely fine. The reward of helping these gentle souls is immeasurable. They will also provide lots of stress relief and comfort for you during this difficult time. ❤️

We’re now opening up weekly foster placements for our timid pups who have been under our care for years! This gives them a much needed break from daycare and allows our team to monitor their behavior and work toward finding them permanent homes during this difficult time. 🏡

In moments of uncertainty, they sit quietly beside us, offering comfort without asking for anything in return.

We know this time may feel uneasy. It’s not something many of us are used to, and it’s natural to feel that way. But please remember, you are not alone.

As a nation, we stand united. Our leaders, our armed forces, and those who protect our skies and our land are working day and night to safeguard every one of us. Their strength allows us to remain calm, to continue our lives, and to care for the ones who depend on us.

And among those lives are our pets the little souls who trust us completely.

They feel our presence. They feel our energy. They rely on our love.

Don’t let fear dictate your choices. Stay close to them. Comfort them. Protect them as they have always comforted us.
