Inspired by a post made by another UAE Animal Rescue group and 100% our experience as well.
If you have rescued an animal that needs help, make a reel or post yourself, include all the necessary details, and we will post it when we can.
What we will NOT accept is being guilt-tripped or made responsible for an animal's fate, if we don't solve a problem YOU CHOSE to take on.
If you rescue a special-needs cat and then threaten to put her back on the streets to suffer and die because one person hasn't posted about her, while you haven't even made a post yourself to seek help, then you need to reconsider your priorities. You rescued this cat. It's welfare is your responsibility. If you put it outside, that is YOUR decision, and not ours.
Sad to say but if you genuinely cannot care for this cat and are unwilling to continue care, then consult a veterinarian about euthanasia, rather than putting an animal on the streets to face disease, possible abuse and death.
I completely understand the frustration and stress that come with rescuing animals. We all get overwhelmed, and sometimes, people say things out of frustration. But guilt-tripping someone and placing the entire responsibility for an animal on them is not acceptable..
