‼️❤️‼️The recent situation has reminded us all how important it is to be prepared for the unexpected—and as a pet owner, that responsibility extends to your furry family members too.
With many people finding themselves stranded or needing to leave UAE on short notice, it's essential to make sure your pets are ready to travel at a moment's notice. That means keeping their vaccinations, microchip details, pet passports and emergency travel funds ready.
Taking these steps now could save you valuable time later. Some veterinary clinics offer discounts for group bookings, so it’s worth reaching out to ask.
If you ever need to leave suddenly and cannot take your pet with you right away, there are trusted boarding facilities that can offer temporary care. We work closely with a number of registered and recommended providers and are always happy to point you in the right direction.
Safe options and support are available. But abandoning or “dumping” a pet is never acceptable
— Pet abandonment is illegal in the UAE under Federal Law No. 18 of 2016 and Federal Law No. 16 of 2007, which classify it as animal abuse.
Our pets are family. They experience fear and loss, just as we do, and they have no control over the changes happening around them.
Let’s continue to protect them the way they’ve always trusted us to do. 🐾
If you have any questions or need guidance, feel free to send us a DM—we’re here to help. Stay safe.
