When your favourite vet is on leave, but the team has a creative solution… 🩺

Same familiar face. Slightly different dimensions. 🤣

We can’t print your favourite doctor back into the clinic, but our team is still here to welcome you and care for your pets. 🐾💙

Us: “Of course, we’ll make it work!” 💙
Also us, five minutes before the appointment: ⌨️🐱💥

Just a little clinic humor! If you need to cancel or reschedule, an early message is always appreciated. 🐾

Viruses can spread between pets, just as they can between humans.

A sneeze, then a cough… could it be more than “just a little cold”? 🤧🐾

Some viruses can spread between pets, so it’s worth paying attention when your furry friend isn’t feeling quite like themselves. If you notice symptoms or a change in their usual behavior, contact your veterinarian for advice.

Keep your pets healthy, and help protect the other animals around them. 💙

Every pet owner has been there: your pet has diarrhea, your cat pees outside the litter box, or you notice a sudden behavior changes. Naturally, the first instinct is to try to make sense of it. Is it just an upset stomach? Did they eat something off the floor? Maybe a little human medicine or a quick home remedy will do the trick?

It comes from a place of deep love, but guessing and acting on assumptions is one of the most dangerous risks we can take with our pets' health.

Our pets are masters at hiding pain and discomfort it is an evolutionary survival trait. By the time they show clear signs that something is wrong, their body is already working overtime.

When your companion isn't acting like themselves, skip the internet search forums, resist the urge to diagnose, and bypass the home remedies. The safest, kindest, and most effective choice you can make is to consult a Doctor. A proper diagnostic evaluation gives your pet the precise care they actually need, right when they need it most.

Don't leave their health to chance. When in doubt, leave the medical decisions to the experts who dedicate their lives to protecting them. 🐾✨

Today, we’re saying goodbye to a valued member of the Pets Haven family. 🐾💙

After dedicating his time, skill, and care to our grooming patients, our groomer is moving on to a new chapter. From fresh trims and tidy paws to calming nervous pets and creating beautiful transformations, he has made a lasting impression on our team and the many pets and pet parents he has cared for.

We’re incredibly grateful for Ryan's hard work, patience, and genuine love for animals. His presence has been an important part of our clinic, and he will truly be missed by the entire Pets Haven team.

A heartfelt thank you to all our wonderful clients for your trust, support, and kind words throughout his time with us.

We wish him every success and happiness in his journey to Australia. Once part of the Pets Haven family, always part of the Pets Haven family. 💙🐾

Thank you for everything, and we’ll miss you! ✂️✨
