After surviving a frightening car accident, Elsa was brought to Paws & Claws in urgent need of help. The trauma caused a severe inguinal hernia—where abdominal tissue protrudes through a tear in the body wall—requiring swift surgical intervention.

Dr. Sa’ada and our surgical team performed a procedure to repair the tear and secure her organs. Her post-op X-rays confirmed everything is back in place.

Watching her enjoy her first post-surgery meal with a calm, comfortable appetite was the absolute best reward. We’re so proud of this brave girl!

Watching a pet struggle for every breath is every pet parent’s worst nightmare.

When 1-year-old Snowy arrived, she was exhausted, barely able to breathe, and refusing to eat. Her X-rays showed fluid building up around her lungs.

Our team acted quickly with a guided T-FAST procedure to drain the fluid and relieve the pressure. The relief was instant—her lungs cleared, her breathing softened, and she finally felt well enough to enjoy a meal again!

Beaux came to us struggling to walk, with the only visible clue being a swollen, painful thigh. It turned out to be a deep abscess.

Dr. Sa’ada stepped in right away to safely drain the infection and clean the area. Fast forward to his checkup—the swelling is down, his skin is healing beautifully, and Beaux is back on his feet and walking comfortably again! 🩹✨

Abscesses can pop up fast from minor nicks or bites. We’re so proud of brave Beaux!
