Meet Lola 🎀

Last week was her first groom with us, but because grooming is already a very familiar part of her routine, she was completely comfortable with the whole thing.

She settled in straight away and wasted no time showing us her cute personality.

A little extra support makes all the difference 🤍

As pets get older, their grooming needs can change too. For Coby, that means supporting him while he’s standing, giving him plenty of chances to lie down and adjusting our approach depending on how he’s feeling that day.

There’s no need to rush him. As long as he’s comfortable, we’re happy to work around him, and sneak in plenty of cuddles along the way 🫶🏼

Coby really is the sweetest little character, and we always love having him with us!

Meet the very handsome Mr Bojangles, or Bo for short 🧸🤎

This lovely boy is a rescued Chow Chow and is now happily settled in his third home.

Bo came to his new family with his coat already shaved, so this groom wasn’t about taking off lots of length. We gave him a bath, tidied the uneven regrowth and blended his shorter body into his fuller legs.

His coat will need time to grow back, but everything is looking much neater in the meantime!

Bo was such a good boy, and we absolutely loved having him with us 🫶🏼

First grooms are all about getting to know each other 🫶🏼

Even though Nahl and Coco are brothers, they each responded to the experience in their own way. We paid attention to what they were telling us, adjusted the groom as we went and gave them time to settle in.

For their first visit, we decided to skip the bath and blow-dry and keep things simple. We trimmed their coats to a shorter, more comfortable length, removed all that loose fur and took care of the basics.

Not every pet needs the same approach, and we’ll always tailor the appointment to the pet in front of us.

We were so proud of how well both boys did during their first ever groom! 🐱

POV: you and your sisters have plans tonight… and everyone understood the assignment 🐩✨

These three adorable poodle sisters were everything! From the moment they came into the van until the moment they left, they were full of energy, their tails never stopped wagging, and there was never a dull moment.

Their transformations were far too cute not to share 🫶🏼

Our gorgeous golden girl, Cherry 🍒♥️

Cherry is always an absolute dream during her grooms with us, happily offering her paw throughout and being such a good girl from start to finish.

After a bath, blow-dry, light de-shed and final comb through, she was fresh, fluffy and looking more golden than ever ✨

We absolutely loved having this sweet girl with us!

Penelope has truly mastered the art of relaxing during her groom 💤

She first came to us at around six months old and has been visiting every month since. Those gentle, regular appointments have given her time to get used to the process and learn what to expect.

Every puppy is different, but starting young and building a positive routine can make such a difference over time 🧸🎀

Safe to say, she feels quite at home in the van now 🫶🏼
