Hiccup’s first groom with us 🐱✨

A first appointment is as much about getting to know each other as it is about the groom itself. It gives us a chance to learn what each pet is comfortable with, when they might need a little reassurance and how we can make their future visits feel even easier.

Hiccup was gentle, patient and quietly curious about everything going on around her. Safe to say, she made the loveliest first impression. Thank you for letting us take care of you 🫶🏼

One whole year of grooming little Ella 🎀

Her naturally curly coat can tangle quite easily, so keeping up with her regular appointments helps us catch those tangles early and maintain all that lovely fluff.

Once her curls had been carefully brushed through, she only needed a light scissor tidy to bring everything back into shape.

Lots of brushing, a little trim and the fluffiest little teddy bear at the end 🧸

Long and fluffy, just a little easier to manage 🧸🤎

Those silky Cavalier coats can hold onto more loose fur than you might expect. Lady and Teddy’s groom included plenty of brushing, some careful detangling, a thorough de-shed and a light tidy to keep everything lighter.

It’s only their third appointment with us, and it’s SO lovely to see them becoming more relaxed and familiar with the routine each time.

The sweetest little pair 🫶🏼

A long day? Bubble bath.
A good day? Still a bubble bath.

Bubble baths are always the answer 🫧

Consider this your sign to run one for yourself too 🤍

Pablo’s first groom report is in 📝

The dryer was definitely not his favourite part, but he became more comfortable as the appointment went on and handled everything so well.

Final verdict: a very good boy indeed 🤍

There’s something about watching them find their confidence throughout the groom. Well done Pablo, we’ll see you soon 😚🥰

A full groom doesn’t always mean taking the coat shorter…

Cocoa and Gerty’s mum loves their coats kept long and natural, so that was exactly the finish we worked towards: plenty of coat care, followed by a light scissor tidy to neaten their shape while preserving the full and fluffy finish preferred.

The shampoo we used was a game changer too! Made with Manuka, lavender and organic aloe vera, it gently cleansed their coats without stripping the natural oils. Their coats felt unbelievably soft afterwards ✨

The pom pom sisters of our dreams 💘💘

Your sign to pick up a brush ✨

Whether your pet has a short coat or a long one, regular brushing is important. It helps remove loose hair, catch tangles early and keep their coat healthy and manageable between grooming appointments.

Meet Lola 🎀

Last week was her first groom with us, but because grooming is already a very familiar part of her routine, she was completely comfortable with the whole thing.

She settled in straight away and wasted no time showing us her cute personality.

We are all truly obsessed with you!!
