“Excuse me, we were told this was the purrfectly organised veterinary clinic… but nobody warned us about the paperwork.” 🐾💻

These two adorable little foundlings came in for their health check with Dr Falguni and seem to have made themselves very comfortable in the consult room already 😂

Meet the newest addition to our rehabilitation team — Brigi! 🐾

Brigi is one of our veterinary nurses and is now offering physiotherapy and laser therapy services here at Dr Well Veterinary Clinic to help support pets recovering from injury, surgery, and chronic pain conditions.

From post-operative rehabilitation to arthritis management, mobility issues, soft tissue injuries and more, physio and laser therapy can play a huge role in improving comfort, movement and quality of life. ✨

One of Brigi’s recent patients is gorgeous Sugar 🍬, who has been receiving treatment for a carpal injury and is doing incredibly well with her rehab programme. We’re so proud of her progress!

This week was a big milestone for Enzo 🩵

After being diagnosed with a splenic haemangiosarcoma (HSA) and undergoing surgery, Enzo has now completed his full 14-week chemotherapy course with us at Dr Well Veterinary Clinic.

Through every visit he has remained the sweetest boy — tail wagging, accepting treats, and charming the whole team along the way. Chemotherapy in pets is very different to what many people imagine; our goal is always to maintain a great quality of life while giving patients more good time with their families.

We are so proud of Enzo and incredibly grateful to his family for their dedication and trust throughout his treatment journey. Everyone at the clinic will miss his regular chemo cuddles! 🐾

Tiny but mighty 💪🐾

These little kittens were found weighing just 230g — fragile, vulnerable, and in need of help. Fast forward to today and they’re thriving at 630g (with plenty of attitude to match 😅).

They came in for their worming today and will be starting their vaccination course soon, followed by neutering when they’re old enough — giving them the best possible start after a tough beginning 💛

This week, we’re celebrating the incredible team at the front of our clinic — the voices on the phone, the welcoming faces at the desk, and the calm in the chaos.

Our receptionists are so much more than admin. They are:

✨ The ones juggling emergencies, appointments, and endless calls
✨ The friendly faces greeting every patient (and often sneaking them a cuddle!)
✨ The steady support behind the scenes keeping everything running smoothly

They handle emotional conversations, busy days, and high-pressure situations with kindness, patience, and professionalism — all while making sure every pet and owner feels cared for.

We’re a British-owned clinic with a supportive, close-knit team, and we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with both people and animals. This is a front-of-house role where you’ll be the welcoming face of the clinic and help keep everything running smoothly day-to-day.

✨ Hours: 40–45 per week

Previous reception or customer service experience is essential (veterinary/medical is a bonus).
