Whilst we embrace community engagement, we do not allow the breeding, selling or buying of animals. Al Raha Cats was founded by a dedicated group of residents who are passionate about the welfare of all community cats in the Al Raha area. Our mission is to care for our community cats and find caring homes locally for the animals we rescue. Through our commitment to feline welfare with our TNR (Tra

p-Neuter-Return) program and with the help of volunteers who are willing to offer their time to assist with feeding, medical care, short/long term fostering and adoption - or by simply offering love, we strongly believe that together - we can make a difference. 🐾 Fluffy needs a home 🐾

Fluffy was found on the streets, struggling with the summer heat and his health declining. We took him in as a foster — just to help him survive, stabilize, and get healthy enough to find a proper home. Over these past weeks, he’s become the sweetest, most affectionate boy. Always close by, always playful, always trusting.

He’s about a year old, neutered, dewormed, vaccinated, microchipped, and healthy through and through.

We’re moving soon, and unfortunately we don’t have the option to take him with us. Now it’s time for him to find the forever family he truly deserves, one who can give him the love and stability he needs for the rest of his life.

He comes with his litter box and toys, and everything he needs for a smooth transition. 💕

🐾 Pixie and Simba 🐾

These adorable siblings share such a beautiful bond and are never far from each others side. Whilst their siblings Ziggy and Rocky found their forever homes, Pixie and Simba have been in foster since they were 3 months old. Sadly an adoption offer in the UK fell through a day before they were due to fly 😪 so our beautiful kitties are still waiting for their happy everafter ❤️

They have the most wonderful nature, playful, sometimes mischievious, but also very loving and gentle. Simba can be a little shy around new people to begin with but he takes his confidence from his more confident sister Pixie. They rely on each other ... play together, sleep together, and are completely bonded so must be rehomed together 🙏🥰

Around 7-8 months old, they are fully vaccinated, microchipped, spayed/neutered and clear from all known diseases.

🐾 ZURI HAS BEEN ADOPTED 🐾

Zuri's journey to happiness and safety began late one night when one of our team heard a tiny voice meouwing in the darkness. It took 3 days to find her and coax her out of hiding. She was all alone, very scared and very hungry.

She spent her first 4 nights decompressing in a safe bathroom space (mostly hiding 🙈) until a wonderful lady stepped forward, looking to foster with a view to adopting 🥰❤️ it was love at first sight.

Within a matter of days Zuri became more confident, brave and adventurous, showing her loving and playful side. The bond with her new family was immediate and Zuri went from strength to strength. Sadly Zuri developed signs of calicivirus, but due to very prompt action by her new mama, and after treatment, she made a full recovery.

Her new family are just INCREDIBLE 🙏🥰
From day one, they covered all of her medical fees and vet visits and were so attentive to any small changes and to all her needs. She has a new cat tree, lots of new toys, a warm bed and THE most loving fur parents she could ever wish for.

She is one lucky kitty 😍

🐾 CLEO 🐾

Not long ago, Cleo was abandoned and left to fend for herself. 💔 Thankfully, her story didn't end there.

She is now safe, warm and being cared for in boarding while she waits for her forever home. 🐾❤️

A huge thank you to the incredible rescuer who not only saved Cleo but stepped in and covered her medical costs, ensuring she received everything she needed. We are also so very grateful to her wonderful sponsors, whose generosity is paying for her boarding fees and giving Cleo a safe place to stay.

As a volunteer-run community TNR group with no funding, sponsorships like this make all the difference. Every sponsored cat means we can say "yes" to another life that needs saving. Without the kindness of our supporters, many cats like Cleo simply wouldn't get the chance they deserve.

Bella is now safe in foster but is waiting for her very own forever home 🏡

Bella found us 🥰 she came running up to one of our volunteers, dirty, very hungry, and immediately jumped on her shoulder, cuddled in and asked for her help. And how could we refuse !

Bella is approx 4 months old, and is very sociable, super friendly and happy being around other cats. She adores human attention, is very affectionate and will make the perfect family kitty 🥰❤️🐾

Cleo is a strikingly beautiful silver tabby, approximately 1.5yrs old, who was found wandering in a basement car park in Al Raha.😪

Cleo was not microchipped and had not been spayed, and it is clear that she is very domesticated ... so sadly once again, its highly likely that she has been cruelly and heartlessly abandoned.

Cleo truly has THE MOST wonderful gentle, calm and friendly nature and is a real sweetheart who will make the most loving family companion 🥰❤️

🐾 Meet Pixie and Simba 🐾

Pixie and Simba are 7 months old bonded siblings looking for a loving forever home.

Pixie (female tortie) and Simba (Ginger Male) were rescued together with their mama and 2 other siblings (now adopted) after they were heartlessly abandoned in a local park by their previous owner.

Suddenly left to fend for themselves, the little family spent several days outside, confused and frightened, with no idea how to survive on the streets.

Eventually they were finally brought to safety. After a full veterinary check, Pixie and Simba received a clean bill of health and were ready to begin the next chapter of their lives in a loving forever home.

They are incredibly playful, affectionate, and wonderfully friendly kittens but what truly makes them special is the beautiful bond they share.

Pixie and Simba are inseparable soulmates. They eat together, play together, and fall asleep curled up beside each other. Their happiness is only complete when they are together, which is why they must be adopted as a pair.

They would thrive in a calm, loving indoor home where they can feel safe and cherished.

🐾 MEET ZURI 🐾

This beautiful girl was found wandering alone near a busy construction site and road, very hungry and very scared.

She was taken into safety by a kind resident and is currently being given time to decompress and destress before she joins a foster where she will be able to socialise with other kittens.

Zuri is very healthy, has a great appetite and shows no signs of illness. She is litter trained and is curious and playful just a little frightened right now. She just needs time and patience having had no human contact until now.

Zuri will be available for adoption in approx 6-8 weeks once she completes the necessary spay, vaccination and health checks. 🥰❤️🐾🐈

🐾 MEET SCOUT 🐾

This little courageous gorgeous, brave adventurer was stuck for 3 days before our team managed to get him to safety.

At only 700g he is still so very small but has a wonderful personality already and will be an absolute joy to have around.

We are in need of a FOSTER who can keep him safe until he is old enough to be fully health checked, neutered and vaccinated. 🙏🐾

He should be kept separated from other cats for now.
