In 2021, Flooff was an idea. Today, more than 100 pet service providers and over 500 services are part of the Flooff ecosystem.

Pet parents can explore the Flooff Everything Pets app, pet providers can join our platform through the Flooff Pet Biz Marketplace and visit our website Flooff.me. Now we are on Pilot program with Pet Butler, Flooff’s WhatsApp AI assistant. Currently taking on grooming bookings.

The work has grown from a starting point into a connected place for pet care, products, and community.
I’m proud of the progress, and I know every number represents people who chose to trust Flooff with a part of their pet’s life. That trust is something I take seriously.

For me, growth matters when it helps pet parents find the right care more easily.

I’m Archana Nadkarni. Alongside a full-time job, I’m raising two boys and caring for five dogs, while building Flooff with a lot of personal attention.

I share that because Flooff is not something I watch from a distance. I care about what we bring into the ecosystem, how we speak to pet parents, and whether each idea genuinely serves pets.

There is no perfect balance behind this.

There is a commitment I keep returning to: if a decision affects an animal, I want it to be made with care.

I’m building Flooff for the community I belong to: people who love their pets, people doing their best, and people who sometimes need a helping hand and a shoulder to lean on.

In 2021, I began Flooff with a thought I still come back to: pets deserve the very best life we can give
them. I adopted Duke from Green Paws and he changed my life…..I realized how many pets are
abandoned, surrendered, part of the puppy farming and in distress. People bring a pet but don’t have
the right guidance to provide the right care to their pets.
I wanted to make pet care easier to navigate and help caring people find one another. As Flooff grew,
one thing became clear: technology can help us reach more pet families while keeping the care
personal.
This is the beginning of my story with Flooff. It is also the promise behind the work: every decision
should bring us closer to a better life for pets.
Tomorrow, I’ll share a little more about the full life I build Flooff around.
