My client has 200+ hactares suitable for both cultivation and livestock farming. 16 km from Chegutu along Chakari road. The road is strip tarred. There is a dam nearby and a very big farm house. There are barns which can be rehabilitated. There is Zinwa water and electricity not mentioning a Primary school within the farm. The farm houses 53 families mean labor is readily available. Both Econet and Net1 network are excellent. The farm is surrounded by many competitive to***co, maize, soya beans, cattle, sheep and goat farmers. My client is a very flexible lady, once the lease is signed, she will not interfere with your business as long as you stick to the terms on the lease. Viewing is strictly for short listed investors who and on request. Rent is 25k per year and can be negotiated before lease agreements are finalized. We need long term investors.
