🙏URGENT ASSISTANCE NEEDED🙏

Durban KZN

Our team headed back into the Welbedacht township on a mission of hope. We had spotted a dog in distress last week, but she had vanished before we could reach her. Yesterday, we searched for her and we found her.

Her current living situation is heartbreaking. She has been surviving inside a broken-down car, forced to sleep on jagged, exposed springs that offer no comfort or safety. This broke our hearts.

On top of her living conditions, she is suffering from TVT (Transmissible Venereal Tumor) and requires urgent medical intervention and specialized treatment to give her the second chance she deserves. She is going to the vet this morning. She seems to also have an injury to her front leg which will be x-rayed.

We cannot help her without your help. Our current vetbill at this vet is over R50 000.😒
Every single contribution, no matter the size, brings her one step closer to a pain-free life and a warm, safe bed. Please share this post to help us get her the support she needs. 🙏🐾❤️

🆘️ Please Help Us Save Them🆘️

Durban KZN

Our hearts are heavy today. We have just admitted two precious souls, a cat and a dog, who are carrying the heavy burden of large, painful tumors

We are facing a devastating reality.☹️ Our current outstanding balance at the clinic has already climbed to over R55 000. We are stretched to our absolute limit, but these two animals are suffering and need urgent surgical intervention and medical care. We cannot turn our backs on them when they need us most.

We are making a desperate plea for your help.
Every single cent contributed goes directly toward the life-saving treatment, pain management, and surgeries these two fighters need to survive and find comfort again.

How You Can Help
■ Donate: Any amount, no matter how small, brings us one step closer to providing the treatment they deserve.
■ Please share this post far and wide. The more eyes on their story, the better our chances of raising the funds required to save them.

We know how much this community cares for the voiceless. Thank you for standing with us, for your constant support, and for helping us show these two beautiful animals that they are finally safe, loved, and worth fighting for.❤️🐾

⚠️ADOPTION ALERT⚠️

MEET TITAN Durban KZN

Look at that cute face 😊 This little chunky monkey is Titan, and he is officially ready to find his forever family. At just 8 weeks old, this Boerboel x Labrador cross is a bundle of puppy breath, clumsy paws, and pure love.

While he might be small enough to cuddle in your arms right now, Titan has some serious growing to do. He’s going to be a big boy, which means he needs a family ready for the big dog lifestyle.

He is vaccinated and dewormed.

Because of his breed mix, we will be extra strict with his adoption criteria. Titan will only be homed to a family that meets the following requirements:

● Only applicants who are genuinely serious about owning a large-breed dog.
● A spacious, fully fenced, and highly secure yard is a non-negotiable requirement to keep this big boy safe.
● He’s a puppy so he will need patience, house-training, and lots of mental and physical stimulation.

If you have the space in your heart and your yard for a future gentle giant, we would love to hear from you.

Please Note: Strict home checks and standard adoption fees apply to ensure Titan goes to the absolute best home possible.
Please SHARE this post to help Titan find his perfect match.

Rest in Peace, My Beautiful Jango 💔

Yesterday and today have been the most devastating days of my life. My heart is completely shattered. Today, I had to say my final goodbye to Jango, the only dog who truly captured my heart and became my own.

When I first saved Jango, he was in a horrific, unthinkable situation. He was completely unable to move his body. I don’t even know how many days or weeks he sat there, trapped in his own waste, literally rotting away in neglect. But the exact moment I looked into his eyes, I fell completely in love with him. Because of my incredibly busy schedule running Stray Paws, I don’t own a dog of my own. But with Jango, I knew instantly he was mine, and I was his.

Against the odds, he began to improve. He learned to walk again. It was an awkward, uncoordinated walk, but seeing him on his feet filled me with an indescribable joy and excitement. He was fighting.
Jango had a quiet, beautiful soul.

When the other puppies would jump up, frantically clamoring for my attention, Jango would just sit at the back. He would look up at me with those massive, soulful eyes, silently asking for love. Every single time, I would pick him up and hold him close. I could feel his entire body relax, he was so deeply happy just to be held.

Yesterday morning, everything changed. He suffered a severe seizure, and I rushed him to the vet. As I held him, I promised him that even if you are epileptic, it changes nothing. I will keep you, care for you, and love you forever.

But the seizures wouldn’t stop. By today, his poor body had taken all it could bear, and the kindest, most agonizing choice I could make for him was to let him rest.

Jango, you were only in my life for a short time, but you filled a space in my soul I didn't know was empty. I am so sorry the world was cruel to you before you found me, but I promise you that you left this world knowing what it felt like to be purely, unconditionally cherished.

Run free now, my sweet boy. No more pain, no more broken bodies, and no more seizures. You will walk perfectly across the rainbow bridge. I will love you forever. 💔

"If love could have saved you, you would have lived forever."
