Monkey Town Venue We’re a day venue for relaxing braais, picnics & swims in our pools, featuring a 70m supertube & speed slides. A toddler inflatable area awaits the little ones.

Note – the primate centre closed permanently in April 2024. Surrounded by the warmth of a summer day and a slight breeze to cool you off, a group of family and friends come together to enjoy the pleasures of a braai feast and taking a dip in a pool. The table is filled with sizzling grilled meats, yummy corn on the cob, fresh watermelon slices, and a variety of family favourite side dishes. The jo

yful chatter and laughter blend perfectly with the aromatic scents of meat cooking on the braai, creating an atmosphere of friendship and delight under the open sky. The venue is designed with youngsters in mind to experience the pure joy of childhood summer fun. It boasts refreshing pools, a toddler inflatable area and a colossal 70-meter supertube. Our adrenaline pumping speed slides and mini putt-putt will also join the list of fun things to do on site very soon, ensuring endless amusement for young and old. We wish everyone to experience the essence of summer and the carefree spirit that comes with it. We have lovely braai and picnic spots situated around the park and our family of free-roaming peacocks might even pop in so say hallo. Monkey Town Venue is THE ideal destination for school field trips and excursions, year-end functions, corporate functions, or just a fun-filled day out. We also offer a VIP area on site, for a limited number of bookings per day. The VIP area is situated in a beautifully designed garden and has a gorgeous deep private pool with the lovely old Cape Dutch Manor House in the background for a picture-perfect day.

The warmer days are slowly coming to an end and Monkey Town will be closing for the winter period on 31 May 2026.

Before we close, we’re running our FINAL SPECIAL OF THE SEASON — giving families one last chance to enjoy the waterpark, braai facilities and outdoor fun while we still have lovely weekends lying ahead.

We have 2 VIP venues on site, each with a private pool and braai/picnic facilities.
Each VIP venue hosts up to 70 guests per day from multiple bookings – they are not exclusively private.

VIP tickets also allow you access to the general area.
