The “parasite cleanse” every pet needs:
The correct one! STOP GUESSING (you’re creating drug resistance!). 🤮

Blindly deworming because “it’s time” is bad medicine. There is NOT one universal dewormer, and throwing random chemicals or strong alkaloid botanicals/herbs/DE at the gut disrupts the microbiome, your pet’s most important immune system.

Throwing ivermectin or fenbendazole at your pets without knowing what parasite you’re treating wastes money and can create dysbiosis by stripping healthy gut flora unnecessarily.

Test. Don’t guess.

I recommend a f***l parasite check twice a year. Find out WHAT parasite your pet actually has, then choose the RIGHT dewormer for THAT parasite to EFFECTIVELY treat it. Then test again and make sure it’s gone.

💊Coccidia — neither drug works well
💊Tapeworms — not reliably treated by fenbendazole or ivermectin
💊Giardia — fenbendazole may help but not always; ivermectin does not
💊Whipworms — fenbendazole works; ivermectin generally does not
💊Resistant hookworms — some strains no longer respond well
💊Many lungworms — species dependent, inconsistent coverage
💊Most protozoal parasites — ivermectin is ineffective

You’re not psychic, so stop guessing at dewormers and be smart: Start testing. Above all, respect your animal’s microbiome: If you deworm, you MUST rebuild it! 🐾
