Finally got around to finishing my shadow box for my one and only Hard Talk!! The horse that shaped me as an eventing rider! Gave me the opportunity to feel what it really feels like to event! The one and only time I got to do the famous ICB Normandy drop into water. I will never forget the feeling Horse gave me! We were invincible in the country! From coming off the race track, only ever did 7 races because he would blindly bolt and no jockey was willing to race him and 2 years later we were in what today is considered 1* eventing.
He never sed no in the country, he never once blindly bolted in the country. He was made to be an eventer not a race horse!
It was a very sudden tragic unexpected loss for me on the 12.07.2015 when he had a colic torsion that basically exploded. I didn’t even get to say goodbye to him. To this day I tear up thinking about him, wishing he was still with me happily retired. I didn’t get even a chance to think to get some of his hair, so he is in heaven with a full lush tail💕
