We invite all those whose lives were touched by Sally to join us as we celebrate her beautiful life.

For so many years, Millstream Equestrian Centre was far more than a riding school to Mom. It was her happy place, where lifelong friendships were formed, confidence was built, and countless special memories were made with horses and the wonderful community she loved so deeply.

Whether you rode with Sally, worked alongside her, or simply knew her through the equestrian world, we would be honoured if you could join us as we remember the remarkable woman she was.

In keeping with Mom’s love of nature and gardens, guests are welcome to bring a rose bush with a note or special memory attached in her honour.

Thank you for the incredible love, kindness, and support you have shown our family during this difficult time. It has meant more than words can express. ❤️

We are so proud of each of you for your hard work, dedication, and sportsmanship throughout the competition. Whether you achieved a personal best, placed, or simply gave it your all, every ride was something to be proud of.

To Our Millstream Family ❤️

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the incredible Millstream community for the love, support, kindness, and encouragement you have shown our family over the past seven months.

Many of you know Sally Allan as more than just an instructor. She has spent decades helping riders build confidence, achieve their goals, and develop a lifelong love of horses.

Since her accident in December, your messages, visits, and support have meant more than words can express. We are so grateful to be part of such a special community.

As many of you know, Sally is now a quadriplegic following a spinal cord injury. To help restore some of her independence and allow her access to the farm and stables she loves so much, we are raising funds for a specialised 4x4 outdoor power wheelchair.

If you are able to contribute, no matter how small, we would be incredibly grateful.

✨ Youth Champs Bound ✨

The countdown is on… and the excitement is real!

Our Millstream Equestrian Centre riders are heading down to Shongweni for Youth Championships — the result of months of hard work, long afternoons, determination, and heart.

This year is extra special, with our riders proudly representing both North West and Gauteng — carrying not just their own dreams, but the spirit of their provinces with them.

There’s something unforgettable about an away show… the team spirit, the friendships, the nerves, the laughter — and the memories that last long after the final round.

We are incredibly proud to have Lauren Pretorius leading the way as Chef d’Équipe for the North West team — guiding, supporting, and championing our riders every step of the journey.

To our riders — you’ve already made us proud. Now go out there and enjoy every moment in the arena.
