I’ll start…🤔

👉🏼It’s not my responsibility to make up for six months of neglected coat care in one appointment.

👉🏼It’s not my responsibility to rush other dogs because someone asked for a discount or an "emergency groom because the folks are coming"

👉🏼It’s not my responsibility to ignore a dog’s stress, pain, or behavior just to achieve a certain haircut or full groom.

👉🏼It’s not my responsibility to undo years of overgrown nails, untreated skin problems, or lack of home maintenance in a few hours.

I can educate.✔️
I can recommend.✔️
I can help.✔️
But I can’t erase months—or years—of neglect in a single groom.✔️

🐾 A New Chapter Begins... 🐾

As many of you know, I will be relocating to Pretoria at the end of September, and with that comes the closing of one very special chapter.

I honestly don't know how to put into words how much I'm going to miss every one of you and your beautiful furry family members. Over the years, so many of you have become more than just clients—you've become friends.

Thank you for trusting me with your beloved pets, for your unwavering support, and for the kindness and love you've shown me throughout this incredible journey. Being voted Durban's Best Pet Groomer for three consecutive years is something I'll always cherish, and I couldn't have achieved it without each and every one of you.

While saying goodbye is never easy, I'm incredibly excited for what lies ahead as I begin my next adventure with Valhalla Pet Grooming in Pretoria.

I'd love for you to continue following my journey and see what the future holds. Your encouragement has brought me this far, and it would mean the world to have you with me.

🐾 A gentle note to our clients 🐾

At MPG, the wellbeing and comfort of every dog we groom is always our top priority. Every appointment is approached with care, patience, and professionalism, even when circumstances are less than ideal.

As a mobile grooming service, we do rely on a few important factors to ensure we can deliver the best possible results:
• All pets scheduled for grooming being present and clearly identified
• A safe and workable environment for our groomers
• Clear communication regarding the services requested

In some cases, where these elements are not in place, we may only be able to complete what is immediately necessary for the dog’s health and comfort — such as removing severe matting — rather than a full groom.

We always do our best to communicate throughout each appointment and keep owners informed every step of the way.

We truly value each and every client and appreciate the understanding and support we receive. Our goal is always happy, healthy dogs and a positive experience for everyone involved 🤍
