Meet Sooty 🖤

Sooty has been part of the Dolly’s Dreamhouse family for a little while now, and every visit is a reminder that patience and kindness really do make all the difference.

When we first met, Sooty was understandably shy and preferred to watch from a safe distance. By taking everything at her pace and letting trust build naturally, she’s grown in confidence with every visit.

Now, she greets me with curious little hellos, enjoys our quiet chats and is even happy for fuss on her own terms. Watching her come out of her shell has been such a special journey.

Every cat is different, and helping nervous cats feel safe, secure and understood is one of my favourite parts of what I do.

I’m so proud of you, Sooty. 🖤🐾

🌴 Dolly’s Dreamhouse is taking a little holiday! 🐾

After a wonderful few months full of purrs, cuddles, playtime and lots of amazing feline friends, it’s time for me to recharge before returning ready for more cat adventures. 🤎

A huge thank you to every client who has trusted me with their precious cats this year. Your support means the world, and I truly appreciate every booking, recommendation and kind review. 🥰

📅 I’m still taking bookings for August and September, so if you’re planning a trip, now is the perfect time to get in touch before my diary fills up.

I’ll still be checking messages while I’m away, although replies may take a little longer than usual.

Meet Sooty 🖤

Sooty has been part of the Dolly’s Dreamhouse family for a little while now, and every visit is a reminder that patience and kindness really do make all the difference.

With temperatures rising, it’s important to help our feline friends stay cool and comfortable.

💧 Provide plenty of fresh water
🧊 Try frozen treats or ice cubes in water
🏡 Keep curtains closed in sunny rooms
🌳 Make sure there are cool, shaded places to rest

Remember, cats can suffer from heatstroke too. If you notice excessive panting, drooling, lethargy or wobbliness, contact your vet immediately.

Stay safe and keep those whiskers cool this week. 🐱🤎

🖤 Meet Chico 🖤

I’m so happy to be reunited with this handsome boy. 🥰

He started off a little shy, but it didn’t take long for him to settle back in with me. Now he’s my little Velcro buddy, waiting for me at the door, following me around the house and making sure there’s always time for cuddles. 🤎

So far we’ve enjoyed garden time, toy play, plenty of head bumps and lots of relaxing in our favourite cuddle chair. 🐾

It is so lovely to see Chico again and pick up right where we left off. 🥰
