Christmas now available at Greenwood Barn, Norfolk.
Whether you are Santa’s No 1 elf, or a proper bah humbug, it’s the best place to be.
Available for the first time in 8 years, as a long term repeat guest has sadly had to cancel.
The cancelled booking was 19-29th. No check out on a Sunday or bank holiday, but otherwise we can be but fairly flexible on dates. Please ask.
8 nights (21st-29th) now bookable online at just £50 for the 8th night.
If you would like to book for different dates, please “send an enquiry” on our website. If you are not sure, or have any questions, there is also a handy WhatsApp button.
Fabulous barn conversion, sleeping up to 6 in 3 en suite bedrooms (king, double & twin).
Proper dog friendly and large fenced lawn.
Quiet rural area and just 10-15 mins walk to the beach.
Dog and family friendly pub serving great food at the end of the v quiet lane opposite. Walk to cafes and seafront fish & chips, too.
Large kitchen, with double & single oven, lots of pots and pans and proper sharp knives.
Underfloor heating throughout and a log burner. Great for cozying up after a frosty winter walk on the beach.

Exciting news, folks! Well, exciting to me anyway 😆
To take advantage of our three large en suite bedrooms at Greenwood Barn, we have changed the bed set up to 1 king size, 1 double and a twin 😁 Technically this will happen tomorrow, when I’ve laundered the newly arrived linen, the new mattress has arrived & I’ve finished setting up the king size bed! 😅
I imagine this is a good news item for anyone who has already booked, but if anyone has any questions, please get in touch. I will be contacting you all individually to check (or you can let me know here).
I’ll post a photo when it’s all finished.
I’m interested in what you all think 💭
