Reset of Duplo open-toe composite horseshoes. These therapeutic shoes have a metal core to provide more stability to the hoof and an integrated mesh pad for DIM applications.

This was my first time trying them out on a horse that has been struggling with laminitic issues. They helped to provide her with coffin bone relief during recovery. Happy with the results!

I started working on this mare after she was diagnosed with negative palmar angels and thin soles. We have seen positive changes in a relatively short period of time - from January to April. She is on a 4 week trim cycle and the process has been helped along with the use of composite shoes. No wedges, just frequent trimming and protection from excessive wear.
Not all horses hooves make changes so quickly but when they do it is sure awesome to see! 💫

Lola is back in turn out after 3 weeks of stall rest 🙌 She got caught up in a wire fence last month 🥺 Her abcess has mostly healed and we gave her some shoes for support while she recovers. It was sure nice to see her walk off sound and happy to meet her buddies!
