Sonrise Quarter Horses Located near Ste Rose du Lac Manitoba, Canada. We strive to raise foals that are handled regularly and correctly from the moment they are born.

Learning along side their mothers as our mares are well broke and used on and around our farm! My husband and myself raise and work with our foals from day 1. Our breeding stock currently consists of 6 mares. Our Stallion is the Grandson of two Eyed Jack on the top, and Great Grandson of Watch Joe Jack on the bottom. He is known for throwing beautiful thick babies who have very quiet dispositions

Next mare to meet is Dance. She’s a bay roan and the only mare that is not broke to ride. She had an unfortunate accident as a yearling that left her unsound for riding, leaving her our most spoiled mare.

She’s sweet and easygoing, just what we want to see in our foals.

She’s another one of our home bred and raised babies, so we’ve added two photos of her as a baby.

Her baby this year is Zara.

Meet Knickers! She is a chestnut mare who stand around 14.3hh. She was born on our farm to our mare Eclipse (she’ll be introduced soon as well).

She is one of my go to horses for riding. She’s easy going and laidback, but she’s fast and athletic. We have also used her with cattle.

Her foal this year is Della.

Bree. Our big, blonde, beautiful girl. She is such an easy going filly. This is only her second session with the ropes, and the first time having her feet handled. She just takes it in stride. She’ll make someone a fantastic partner.
