If you only know me from Facebook, you probably know me best for my prairie dogs. But before the prairie dogs took over, there were Pig and Buzz. Pig may be gone, but they’ll both always have a pretty big piece of my heart.

So seeing Drew, the newest resident at No Swine Left Behind, enjoying one of our snuffle mats makes me especially happy. Drew (literally) took a leap of faith one day, and luckily for him,he landed at NSLB.

If you’re not familiar with Drew’s story, check out the No Swine Left Behind page. NSLB isn’t your typical rescue. It’s a forever home where pigs get to live out their best lives doing pig things.

So many “mini” and “teacup” pigs end up needing homes because their owners weren’t prepared for just how much work and commitment comes with having a pig. NSLB gives these pigs a permanent home where they can be loved, cared for, and just be pigs.

And it looks like Drew landed in exactly the right place. 🐷❤️
