Please note that we require applications, homechecks and an adoption fee prior to all adoptions. We only place dogs in Southern California - we do not ship dogs outside of our area, please do not ask. We offer new beginnings for English Bulldogs that are homeless, abandoned or surrendered. Some come from cruelty; some from ambivalence. Some Bulldogs come to us simply because an owner is elderly or

sick and can no longer care for a much-loved pet, or there has been a divorce, job loss or illness in the family. Join other families and make a pledge to assure we have the ability to help these bulldogs needing out help. Not only does 🌙Luna🌙need a forever home, she would also benefit from a foster home. Not Ready to commit to adopting? Fostering is a great way to not only provide a warm and safe home environment but you also get to know the foster dog so well, you can help better promote that dog! You never know, you may even fall in love and decide to foster-fail.

Luna, like all of our rescue dogs, deserves a chance to shine.

🚨We're bringing back "Dog of the Week"!🚨

This week's bulldog is Cookie! 🍪
Cookie has been in rescue for 382 days with no interest. She has attended every adoption event and while she gets a few pats on the head, she is passed up every time.

She is a special girl that deserves someone to love her just as she is. She is 5 years old and has spent her life making puppies. When she first came into rescue she had very little social skills, both with people and other dogs. She has come so far in learning just to be a a dog and more importantly, how to live a life of freedom without being used. Are you the person to give her that life?

Cookie loves to go on walks!

This is Cookie with one if her walking buddies, Joy (she also needs a home!). Cookie, and the other bulldogs at the boarding facility, are so lucky to be walked regularly by faithful volunteers. This is what one of those volunteers has to say about Cookie on her walks:

"She loves her walks and treats… puddles and water are her favorite things… she will run back and forth through them with her face in it… she is fascinated with garbage trucks, school buses or anything that makes a lot of noise."

Disclainer: Cookie does need to be the only dog in the home!
