It's been a busy few weeks. Here is a very late post. July 3rd happy 2nd Birthday to Fizzgig, the sweetest bun ever. July 5th, happy 5th birthday to my oldest bun Lola. July 12th Happy gotcha day to Chukchee, the youngest pup we have. July 12, Happy Gotcha day to Cinabun the bun that started the bunbergaid. July 14, happy 4th birthday Cinabun!

We use over 100 cans of food a day, which is the equivalent of over 16 cases of Friskies a week or 23 cases of Fancy Feast. We have lots of adorable, purring, sweet, and hungry mouths to feed so we are asking for donations to help us stock up on food. February is Feline Fix by Five awareness month! We’re helping to spread the word about the best time to spay and neuter kittens – BEFORE five months of age! Kittens can be safely spayed or neutered once they are two months (or once they weigh two pounds). During the last few months, there have been several cases of canine respiratory virus reported in mostly the western U.S. The respiratory infection is an infection of the upper and lower airways caused by a virus or bacteria. If your dog is experiencing any coughing, productive coughing meaning mucus coming from the mouth, sneezing, discharge from the eyes or nose, decreased appetite or refusing food, fever, lethargy or fever please make an appointment as soon as possible and also inform the clinic that your pet is having respiratory issues so we can take the appropriate steps to ensure patient safety. To protect your pet please ensure respiratory vaccines are up to date including Canine Infectious Respiratory Disease (also known as Bordetella or kennel cough) and canine influenza virus. Also, limiting your dog’s time around other dogs, if possible. This may mean: Reducing or suspending time at doggy daycare, limiting time in boarding facilities and considering in-home pet-sitters, avoiding dog parks and other public areas, when possible and avoiding communal water bowls shared by multiple dogs. Centennial Hills Animal Hospital offers same day appointments for sick and well patients as well as we are always taking Walks ins.

Our amazing vet staff at Centennial Hills Animal Hospital has organized a Giving Tree for Christmas this year. They are gathering gifts/supplies for a few animal rescues that they work with. Feel free to stop by and help out a rescue. We hope their first year doing a Giving Tree is a success. ❤️🎄🐾🐾

Happy national dog day from mine to yours. They got a spa day, donated some blood and got pup cups. Now it’s time to lay on the couch and watch tv.
