I had a productive day in Devonport, Tasmania on Friday, delivering a comprehensive 8 hour dentistry training session at Forbes Street vets, which included a hands-on extraction laboratory. By training the entire team simultaneously ensures that everyone is now well-equipped and motivated to schedule dental procedures and identify potential diseases early, reducing the need for extensive tooth extractions and to approach extractions more confidently.
I appreciate the opportunity to have worked with your team and hope that the experience was as valuable for everyone involved as it was for me.

We sank our teeth into a different training experience today.
I spent 4 hours with Mont Albert veterinary surgery thinking about the client experience and journey.
Lots of fun, role play and deep thinking on client interactions, including thinking about neurodivergence and how we can accommodate clients that may need us to think differently about how we communicate.
Thanks Nicole Rous for having me back again and for booking me again next year.

Today & tomorrow, we are hosting 13 other vets from our region for a dental training with Nicole Hoskin from Soar Veterinary Consulting.
Learning all her tips, tricks, tools & techniques to preform better, gentle, more accurate and delicate oral surgery!! 💪😃

After spending two days at Alma Street Veterinary Hospital training the entire team, I'm now heading home from Rockhampton. The comprehensive program included 12 hours of hands-on veterinary dentistry training, comprising 6 hours of lectures, two 3-hour extraction labs, and a 1-hour dental X-rays lab for nurses. Witnessing the enhancement in skills and confidence among receptionists, nurses, and veterinarians is truly fulfilling. Rosie, my new puppy encourages you to get in early to secure your in person training experience for 2025.

Offering 1 hour zoom sessions for the time pressed, 4 hour whole team training on dentistry and how to value what we do, or 4 hour in clinic extraction workshops. Also happy to travel interstate or rural.
