Cows don’t care about your job title.

You can walk into a pen wearing a vet jacket, a manager badge, or brand-new boots. But none of that matters to the cows.

They respond to one thing: how you move around them.

If you rush in waving your arms, they scatter. If you yell, they get nervous. If you move calmly and deliberately, they settle and follow your lead.

Animals have a way of stripping leadership down to its essentials.

Leadership isn’t about titles. Its not about what outfit you wear or how nice your office looks. The only thing that matters is your actions.

And it turns out the herd decides pretty quickly who they trust.
