Our sweet Mary had an unexpected vet visit today. 💔🐾

She started having trouble putting weight on one of her legs, so we brought her in to be examined. Thankfully, she was the sweetest patient and, of course, managed to make the vet team fall in love with her. 🥹❤️

Today’s visit came to $144. For now, Mary is home resting and being monitored. If she isn’t improving over the next two weeks, the next step may be X-rays costing $200+ so we can get a better look at what’s going on. An ACL injury is one of the possibilities being considered, but we don’t have a diagnosis yet.

We’ve started a $500 fundraiser to help cover today’s visit and any follow-up care Mary may need.

For now, our girl is home resting, and we’re hoping a little time, rest, and lots of love do the trick. 🐾

🚨 Gina needs a foster or adopter — again. 💔

Through no fault of her own, Gina is once again looking for a safe place to land.

She’s a sweet, smart, affectionate 50-lb Border Collie/Terrier mix who loves walks, grassy spaces, puzzle toys, treats, cuddles, and being close to her person.

Gina needs an experienced foster or adopter who can offer patience, structure, consistency, and preferably a quieter environment. Training support is available, and the rescue covers her necessary expenses.

She has been through too many transitions already. She deserves stability. She deserves someone willing to give her a real chance. ❤️

Happy National Dog Day! 🐾❤️

Today we’re celebrating the silly moments, the proud moments, the playful moments, and the simple moments that make life with dogs so special.

From Mary’s nonstop shenanigans 😂 to Gina putting in the work, Kilo proving age is just a number, and Tuckin enjoying the breeze… these are the moments we do it all for. 🥹🐾

Here’s to every dog getting the chance to feel safe, loved, and completely themselves. ❤️

💔 Maestro still doesn’t have answers.

After continued episodes like the one you see here, Maestro saw a specialist and underwent extensive diagnostic testing including imaging, chest X-rays and specialized lab work.

His specialist testing came to nearly $3,000.

And after all of it, we still don’t have a diagnosis.

🚨 But right now, your donation can go TWICE as far.

A generous supporter has offered to match the next $500 donated toward Maestro’s care. 🧡

$50 becomes $100

We may not have the answers yet, but we’re not giving up on him. Maestro will need continued care as we work to figure out what’s causing these episodes, and we need help covering the veterinary expenses that have already added up.

Some dogs find a home… and some realize they’ve been home all along. 🥹🏡❤️

Bowie is officially ADOPTED! 🎉🐾

What started as a foster home became exactly where Bowie was meant to stay. His foster family fell in love, Bowie clearly approved of the arrangement 😂, and just like that… another foster fail is in the books.

From rescue pup to forever family, we couldn’t be happier for our sweet boy. Bowie, you never have to wonder where you belong again. 🤍

From dirty girl to fresh & clean! 🛁✨🐾

A huge thank you to Olga Groomer for treating our sweet Mary to a complimentary spa day! 💕 She came in excited and ready for her makeover… and left fresh, clean, and completely exhausted. 😂

We’re so grateful to local businesses that support our rescue pups and help us keep them feeling their very best while they wait for their forever homes. ❤️

Tuckin’s tippy taps have entered the chat. 🥹🐾

Every time his foster calls his name, he comes trotting over with the sweetest little footsteps. Add in a tiny yawn, a curious head tilt, and you’ve got one very lovable boy.

Meet Teddy Ruxpin! 🧸🐾

Don’t let his tiny size fool you—Teddy Ruxpin has a BIG personality!

This adorable little guy is full of energy and loves to stay busy. He’s quite the athlete too… he can jump onto dining chairs and even make his way onto the table! 😂

When he’s not showing off his impressive hops, Teddy is happiest curled up on a lap with his head resting on his favorite person. ❤️
