Sometimes the best additions to our program are the ones worth driving hundreds of miles for. ❤️🐾
Yesterday, we packed up the family and made the long journey from North Carolina to Ohio to bring home a very special little girl — our newest 8-week-old fox red English Labrador Retriever. 🦊❤️
She may be tiny right now, but we have big hopes for this beautiful girl. She comes from the bloodlines and structure we have been working so hard to add to our program, and we’re excited to watch her grow into the amazing Labrador we believe she can become.
She has a long way to go first. Health clearances, OFAs, genetic testing, and time will tell us whether she ultimately earns her place as one of the dams in our breeding program. We never take that decision lightly. Our girls have to prove themselves through health, structure, temperament, and overall quality before becoming part of our program.
For now, though, she’s simply our baby. 🥹🐾
