Faith absolutely didn't understand the furries blowing their coats brushing lol. It was just too much so she took her monkey stuffie and put herself for a nap! Scott Smith she didn't want to rock steady 🤣 she's already had a heat and is scheduled for spay next week. We didn't want to put her through any kind of surgery until she was healthier! Faith has graduated leash walks!! Shes calming down and really turning back into a puppy playing with everyone. Shes learning we dont eat cats lol!

This was maggie while she was still small. She came in extremely underweight at 43lbs with 3, 3 week old pups. Who knew that just in a year she would topple 100lbs!! These poor babies having babies! For it being her first heat she was such an attentive mother. Anyways she is with her adoptive mom heading back to north of Houston to live out the rest of her life being so loved!!!

Johanna's last pups patiently awaiting the mighty mutts transport! Jessa is going to CT to be fostered til adoption with the president and Julian is heading to his adopters in DC! Atleast they will be traveling together. Johanna has been our fiercest hunter. Daily those 3 have spent hours catching countless bunnies, moles, and squirrels! I had to worm them several times because each time I wormed them after they would catch and eat more critters 🤣. Talk about a comedy with a 52 year old doing figure eights after them all while they would bite down harder and the critters would squeal. Talk about a nightmare and many busting of my arse moments !! Fare well my beautiful pyrfect pyr pups! #

So we have a pupdate on our faith who had exploratory surgery today on her ear. She thinks once infection is down that her canal and ear will be able to hear. She was able to remove all dead tissue and use neck skin to reconfigure everything. Removing rotten cartlidge stitched to healthy. Dr Lauren Hickory Small Animal Hospital Independence is a miracle worker!

Faith pupdate, the ear is draining and starting to heal not smelling as bad. These pictures are graphic so I will leave the ear picture in the comments. We wont know how bad it is until they can do exploratory surgery on Thursday once more swelling goes down so that is why she is staying being given iv antibiotics. I can already see being at the vet for 2 days now her eyes looking better. We wont know if the puncture in the eye can heal or if she will need a specialist but fingers crossed. Shes eating well and giving lots of tail wags. Amazing the fight these animals have to live still trusting humans after everything.
