Farmers market details for this Saturday, June 20th. Live band performance between 9am and 11am.
Three Amigos Pet Bakery will be serving complimentary samples of our per treats for all dogs and cats who stop by our booth. I know some of you chuckle on the thought of "cats" visiting our booth, but we've had two so far, and these cats have been eager and happy farmers market patrons.... one came like a King in a stroller, the other strutted up on a leash, so bring them!! ♥️

A little information for our newer followers and a reminder about how Three Amigos Pet Bakery began ♥️

For those who may not know the story...

I have always home cooked meals for my three dogs, "The Three Amigos," and eventually began making all of their treats, too, as my boy Jack (the biggest of the Amigos) suffered from severe skin reactions. Lots of "mystery" rashes, hives, specialty veterinarian visits, dermatologist appointments, emergency visits... you name it. It took a lot of trial and error before it finally clicked that some of the commercial treats I was feeding my trio of Amigos were contributing to Jack's skin problems.

The next time you are shopping for pet treats, take a moment to flip the package over and read the ingredient list... it may be a bit of an eye opener.
Once I eliminated treats containing long ingredient lists, preservatives, artificial flavors, colors, and unnecessary additives, Jack's skin issues disappeared.
He has not had any further outbreaks while eating the same simple ingredient treats I now make today as:

🐾 No ingredients I can't pronounce.

🐾 ONLY simple ingredients.

I started by making treats for my babies, and now I have the privilege of making them for your babies, too. ❤️

(The Market Dogs from June 13)

🐾 I think we may have found our canine star of the day! 😂❤️

While Olivia the cat may have been the cat celebrity this past Saturday, this handsome Golden Retriever certainly wasn't shy about stepping into the spotlight.

I have to say, one of my favorite parts of this Three Amigos adventure has become meeting so many wonderful pets and their equally wonderful humans.
Every market brings new personalities. Some politely sit and wait, some cautiously sniff their samples, and some enthusiastically put both paws on the table and let us know exactly what they want and think. 😂

What's been especially heartwarming is beginning to see familiar faces returning each week. I am starting to learn names, personalities, and even treat preferences. ❤️

Watching these furry friends stroll through downtown Wooster, curious and happy, enjoying life alongside their people, has become one of my favorite parts of the week.

Thank you to everyone who stops by our booth, and allowing me to spoil our 4 legged friends with a sample or two.

🐾 We will definitely be at the Wooster Farmers Market this coming Saturday June 20th and then here and there throughout the season. I will always post our attendance dates here on Facebook.

I can't wait to see which furry friend steals the show next. ❤️

🐾 Market Report:

This Cat Came With a Mission! 🐾

We had another feline visitor (Olivia) stop by the Three Amigos Pet Bakery booth at today's Downtown Wooster Farmers Market, and let me tell you... this beautiful princess knew exactly what she wanted! 😸

Yes, she sampled the fish treats and enjoyed them....but what she really wanted were the Chicken Chews!
This determined kitty literally launched herself from her human's arms onto our table and made a beeline for the chicken. She happily gobbled up every sample she was offered and made it quite clear she would have accepted seconds, thirds, and maybe even fourths if Mom hadn't stepped in and said,

"That's enough for today!" 😂

Thankfully, she promised she'll be back another time.
What a sweetheart, and so well acclimated to the sights, sounds, and excitement of the market. We absolutely loved meeting her!

🐾 Look at those sweet faces! 🐾

Last Saturday's taste test team took their duties very seriously. ❤️

From tiny pups to gentle giants, dogs stopped by all morning to sample our treats, and judging by the focus, excitement, and wagging tails, I'd say they approved!

One of my favorite parts of the market is meeting so many wonderful dogs and their people.

🐾🥜🎃 Fresh Out of the Oven! 🎃🥜🐾

The Three Amigos have been hard at work today overseeing production of our Peanut Butter Pumpkin Crunch Biscuits.

By "overseeing," we mean spending hours being absolutely tortured by the smell of natural peanut butter, pure pumpkin, and freshly ground oat flour drifting through the house.

The quality control department (also known as Jack, Lucy and Chloe) takes its job very seriously. 😆🐶🐶🐶

What you're seeing here is only Phase One of the process. These biscuits are baked first, then finished with a long, low temperature dehydration step to create the satisfying crunch that dogs love while helping preserve freshness naturally.

You will also notice that the biscuits are intentionally cut in a variety of sizes. Some pups prefer a larger crunch, while others do better with smaller pieces. The larger biscuits can easily be snapped into smaller portions, making it easy to tailor treats to your pet's size, age, training needs, or appetite.

One of the things we love most about these biscuits is their simplicity. They are made with just four wholesome ingredients:

🌾 Oat Flour (made from whole oats we grind ourselves)

Breaking News from the Three Amigos Taste Testing Department...

We were informed that Miss Lucy the cat not only approved our Ocean Catch Minis, but allegedly attempted to steal the entire bag from the kitchen counter!! We have been warned by other feline clientele that this is a common "side affect" of this treat!

After a thorough investigation, Lucy declined to comment and instead requested more fish.😆

We can neither confirm nor deny these allegations.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by Three Amigos Pet Bakery last Saturday and brought their beautiful dogs and even the majestic cat, Oscar, to sample our freshly made treats! ❤️
