🚨HE NEEDS OUR HELP🚨 $395 out of the $2500 surgery has been raised! Loewe was originally found in the Lowe’s parking lot suffering from a severe upper respiratory infection. Then, on top of that, he developed the worst case of ringworm we have ever seen.

After he was neutered, the vet noticed some crackling in his lungs. We took him to full service Vet for further evaluation, and thankfully, his lungs are clear.

But we discovered something else…

He has a pericardial diaphragmatic hernia. Essentially, his liver has moved up into the same sac as his heart. His liver needs to be moved back into its proper position, and then the hernia needs to be surgically repaired.

Unfortunately, he cannot receive this life-changing treatment until we are able to raise the full amount. We know $2,500 is a lot. But we also know what this community can do when we come together for a cat who needs us. Even a $5 or $10 donation gets us one step closer to getting this boy the surgery he desperately needs. 🐱❤️

Two posts in one day because we have kitties who desperately need our community’s help. This sweet boy has already been through more than any cat should have to endure.

He was originally found in the Lowe’s parking lot suffering from a severe upper respiratory infection. Then, on top of that, he developed the worst case of ringworm we have ever seen.

Well, here we are again with Tim. And for the keyboard warriors… keep scrolling. 😉 We’re doing everything we can for this boy.

Tim went back to the vet today because over the last 24 hours, his eye changed dramatically. What was originally a white-looking eye now has tissue growing across it. We initially thought his eye may have ruptured, but thankfully, his case has been reviewed by a veterinary ophthalmologist, and we have a plan.

The goal is to SAVE his eye. 👁️❤️

We’re adding two more medications to his already extensive regimen, and we’re going to give Tim every possible chance to heal.

One day we think he’s finally turning a corner and making progress… and then the next, we wake up to this. 😔 he will be going to see the vet again today!
