Can you foster Jasmin for a couple of weeks or forever?

Meet Jasmin, a sweet 9-month-old liver and white springer pup in Boerne. She was found as a stray, and the family who took her in adores her, but with two toddlers at home they can’t keep up with a working-breed puppy. ESRA can bring her into rescue as soon as we have a foster home lined up.

Jasmin is the kind of puppy fosters dream about:
💛 Great with kids and other dogs
💛 House trained and crate trained
💛 Rides well in the car
💛 Easy for grooming and vet visits
💛 Friendly with everyone she meets

She’s a true springer at heart: birdy, playful, and full of energy. She’d love an active home with a fenced yard and someone who enjoys walks and play. Even a short-term foster would make a huge difference for her.

📧 Interested? Contact Dan at [email protected]

Can’t foster right now? Please SHARE so Jasmin’s post reaches the right person. 💛

🐾 Moose has been living in a boarding kennel for months, and he’s ready to go home. 🐾

Moose is a 2.5-year-old, 54-pound Springer mix who LOVES the pool, chews his Kongs like it’s his job, and walks nicely on a leash. He’s smart, learns fast, and is devoted to his people. His coordinator visits him every day, but kennel life is stressing him out. He needs a foster or foster-to-adopt home in Texas.

What Moose needs:
✔️ Adults, or kids 12 and older
✔️ A securely fenced yard
✔️ Patience with grooming and vet visits (baths are fine, clippers and dryers scare him)
✔️ Cats are OK; other dogs with a proper introduction

He’s neutered, vaccinated, heartworm negative, and microchipped. All he’s missing is a couch and a person.

Can’t take him? Please SHARE. The right person for Moose might be one share away. 💛

These four babies need our help!

🐾 FOUR SPRINGERS. SERIOUS MEDICAL NEEDS. A $30,000 FUNDRAISING GOAL. 🐾

https://givebutter.com/ohiofour

Leia, Luke, Obie and Lando have just been rescued in Ohio, and their conditions are heartbreaking.

All four are terrified. Two were so frightened they had to be carried into the veterinary office. And what our volunteers and veterinarians are discovering is deeply concerning.

💔 Leia is anemic and has mammary tumors that will require surgery once she is stable enough.

💔 Obie has skin disease so severe that he is essentially naked. His veterinarian has seen only one other case this bad. We don’t know if his fur will ever grow back.

💔 Lando, believed to be between 3 and 5 years old, has raised nodules, scabs and dry skin. What may have begun as an infection appears to have developed into chronic skin disease. He will need surgery to correct a painful eyelid condition.

ALL FOUR have serious ear problems requiring treatment. The Healthy Hearts and Paws Project, the all-breed rescue that originally received the dogs, began their veterinary care. Their evaluations are still underway, and we are facing months of medical care, procedures and recovery. We don’t yet know the full extent of what lies ahead.

ESRA has stepped in for these four Springers. Now we desperately need you to step in with us.

We have set a $30,000 fundraising goal to help cover their veterinary care. These dogs have already been through so much. They deserve relief from their pain, a chance to heal and the security of loving homes.

🙏 PLEASE DONATE TODAY. Every gift matters, and sharing their story can help us reach more people who care.

Panda in Colorado needs your help! He is in need of an immediate foster home, and our Colorado coordinator will work with other states if we can find him just the right foster. Here is Panda’s story:

Panda is a 1 year old 35 lb loving, cuddly, smart young fellow who has responded well to training, including leash walking and tricks. He adores his foster parents, he plays joyfully with his Springer foster sister and has a mutually respectful relationship with the elderly cat. He has enjoyed an active lifestyle, including boating, swimming and hiking. He is house, doggy door and crate trained.
After an early move to a temporary foster home Panda escaped and was on the run in the wild for 13 days. He was terrified. More recently, he has been able to adjust to a temporary foster home for several days on two different occasions and was able to enjoy the foster parent and the resident dogs after a careful introduction with both.
Panda has made great progress in his savvy dedicated foster home with a trainer/ behavioral consultant and medication.
Right now, Panda needs to relax in a quiet predictable savvy foster home. He does not need adventures. He needs to build trust at his own pace.

Panda needs the following:
A foster Home that understands his initial need for space. If he is rushed, he will bark out of fear.
Secure 6 ft fence and initial monitoring when outside
Quiet stable, predictable home environment with few strangers
Home most of the time. He currently tolerates up to 4 hours alone and loose in the house.
His current placement ends mid August. Panda desperately needs your help.
