The Golden Irish cross is a cross between a Golden Retriever and an Irish Setter. This cross gives us a hybrid dog that has the best of both breeds. Since this breed is not a purebred it is also referred to as an Irish Golden or an Irish Retriever. Our specialty is the Golden Irish as we have been a part of raising this breed for more than 10 years. 🐶 Casey’s six pups are two weeks old and really filling out. Casey’s a vigorous, devoted mama and the puppies are getting more and more alert. While sleep is still the name of the game, their eyes are beginning to open as they take in the world around them. We took advantage of the lovely spring weather to introduce them to the out of doors for their first time! I love how Charlie’s puppies tend to display just a bit of white on their faces as puppies and it looks like all of them got those markings this time. We are also beginning to interact with them more to get them accustomed to handling as well as the sounds and scents of humans!
