A little about my rates

I’m officially setting my starting rate at $20/hour for nannying and childcare services.

I know there are plenty of people who are willing to babysit, but nannying is so much more than simply keeping a child safe and occupied. I have spent years working in childcare, earning my Early Childhood Education degree, completing additional training and certifications, and continuously learning about child development and the individual needs of children.

But beyond the education and experience, I truly have a heart for this work. I care deeply about the children I work with and the families who trust me with them. I don’t simply show up and watch your child—I want to build a relationship with them, support their development, make them feel loved and secure, and give parents peace of mind while they’re away.

You can hire someone to babysit, but finding someone who brings experience, education, dedication, and genuine heart into your child’s care is something special. ❤️

My $20/hour starting rate reflects not only my time, but the years I’ve invested into becoming the caregiver I am today. I’m proud of the experience and knowledge I bring to every family, and I’m excited to continue doing what I truly love. 🫶🏼

Hey everyone, it’s been a while so I wanted to share some information about me since we have had a lot of new families recently. My name is Madison Triplett Sullivan. I’m 22 years old. And I am so glad you are here.

My childcare journey began in high school when I interned in a preschool classroom starting in 10th grade and continuing for a year after graduation. Since then, I have had the privilege of working in daycare settings, after-school programs, and as a nanny for more than 30 wonderful families now. I have experience caring for children ranging from newborns to teenagers and have learned so much from the amazing teachers, caregivers, and parents I’ve worked alongside over the years.

I recently completed my degree in Early Childhood Education and have earned several educational certifications that have strengthened my knowledge of child development, learning, and age-appropriate care. My goal has always been to provide children with a safe, loving, and engaging environment where they can learn, grow, and feel valued.

As a mother to a sweet 5-month-old son, Wesley, I understand firsthand how important it is to find someone you trust with your child. Becoming a mom has only deepened my passion for childcare and my appreciation for the trust families place in their caregivers. I love being able to offer families a more personal, one-on-one alternative to traditional daycare while building meaningful relationships with both children and parents.

I am delighted to announce my return to work from maternity leave and the successful completion of my degree in Early Childhood Education in December. I am now fully available to resume my nanny services and can be contacted regarding babysitting opportunities.
