You will see me walk & trot more than I ever canter. I want to do right by my horse & give her the opportunity to warm up her muscles before I ask for more. She prefers this & I can feel when she is ready to rock.

This works for us! Maybe it will work for you, maybe it won't! Take the time to do what's best for YOUR horse (whether that is slow or fast)🤍
