Of course, I don't know how my cat actually felt about her stay, but I know that I felt a lot less guilty about "leaving" her when she had such a nice facility to relax and play in. It was fun watching the live feed to her room, even if all I ever saw her doing was sleeping. I was also glad that she was able to get out and have some active play time (which the staff kindly sent some pictures of). I CAN say that she seemed much less stressed, coming home, than she usually has been after being boarded, so I think for her overall this was a good, mostly stress-free experience. Will definitely board her there next time.

Josie, our Senior cat, had a wonderful stay at the Cattail Lodge. She has made it clear that she does not like going elsewhere when we take trips. We were concerned how she would be for a weekend stay at the Cattail Lodge when we attended a reunion out of town. She did great! She stayed in the Meowntain View Lodge and settled in nicely.They have a camera in the lodge where you can check on your much loved family cat.It was not only fun to see how she was adjusting to her new surroundings, but it gave me some peace that she was doing ok.I would definitely recommend the Cattail Lodge. Because the Cattail Lodge caters just to cats, I feel it gives a more calming environment for your cat. We will be coming back.

I've had my two cats since they were 7 weeks old, and I've never had to board them until a recent trip in the middle of a move necessitated it. I researched and selected accordingly, finding Cattails Lodge to be both highly recommended and unique in its approach. That didn't stop me from stressing for weeks beforehand, feeling guilty for putting us in this situation and for the feeling that my cats would think I abandoned them somehow. I just couldn't help it you know? Every step of the way Cattails set my mind at ease. The attention to detail before our stay told me that these were professionals who'd seen it and done it when it came to cats. I felt like I was leaving my little buddies with experience and real feline love. From the moment I walked in to the time I picked them up, Cattails staff went out of their way to update me and keep me informed. Cat people are kind of crazy, and Cattails gets that. They update you twice a day with how your cat is doing behavior wise, how much they've eaten and drank, what they've done in the litterbox, and pictures of your cat in action. They also provide a 24/7 video surveillance feed to your cat's room so you can check in anytime. Our reservation was only for three nights and I knew my boy would be fine, but his sister is very skittish and nervous around new people and places. Even she quickly came out of her shell and did a little exploring! I can't say that boarding is something I would regularly consider for my cats, see crazy

My Burfi boy had such an amazing stay with Cattails Lodge. He was treated with love and care. I could see him when I wanted through their thoughtful live video cam. The staff helped to apply his ointment when needed and also made sure his food was the way he liked it as well. I would recommend this place 10/10 ❤️

We absolutely love Cattails Lodge! The staff are truly amazing, caring and attentive. You can tell that they genuinely love what they do and truly care about the cats in their care.This is our cat's third stay, and I never have to worry about him while we're away. It gives us such peace of mind knowing he's in such a safe, loving environment.We are so fortunate to have a cat-only boarding facility in our community. Cattails Lodge is a wonderful place, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home away from home for their cat.
