💬 Owner's Message: "Rocky is a rescue dog from a puppy mill. He has never lived indoors until we brought him into our loving home. He is afraid of sudden noises. He will not go to a male figure. He is a very lovable little dog. He knows to stay, come, and sit when told but with a gentle voice and bend down to his level. He has not eaten anything since Saturday morning. We have been in touch with several pet rescue resources with no luck. He was wearing a collar with his name and cell number on his tag."
