Unfortunately, discounted grooming appointments will now be limited to existing clients only.

Today, I had multiple appointments scheduled and traveled from LaPorte to Cedar Lake, and later toward Lowell, only to have appointments fall through. In total, this resulted in approximately four hours of unpaid driving time. While occasional cancellations are understandable, repeated no-shows and last-minute changes make it difficult to continue offering promotional pricing to new clients at this time.

Moving forward, all new clients will be required to pay in advance when booking appointments. This policy helps protect the time, travel, and scheduling involved in providing mobile and in-home grooming services.
