Good morning to all of my goat owning friends. I have a quick question for everybody. If you have ever boarded somebody else's goats on your property, what all have you done? Besides a contract, I am thinking about asking for a copy of the ADGA papers. Just in case anything happens, I have proof of who they're owned by and their existence, basically.
I've boarded my goats at 3 different barns, and now they are finally on my own property. I've only ever had to sign a contract for 1 barn.
So just let me know your input on this. Any extra ideas for what I can do are greatly appreciated. TIA!!

If anyone is looking to get rid of their milking stand we are looking for a second one. We just picked up a second milk machine. And with 4 doughs going into milk in the springtime, it would make milking so much easier. We would prefer if it had removable sides to it. But if not, let's see what you got!

I just want to let everyone know that 4-H leases will be starting in April! It is $50 a goat flat fee up front for adult goats, not born the same year the lease starts, and $10 for babies. I have 4 adult does ready for fair, they all will be having at least 1 baby anywhere from March till May. You MUST take at least 1 doe kid out of the mom. If you would like to do the herd class, let me know and we can work it out for you to take 3 goats! If you'd like to take a wether to auction, they will be $75 a wether and get shown in 1 class then go to their pen and wait till the celebration sale on Thursday evening.
