Nyx (the black shih tzu!) has been my client for a long time, because sheā€™s my friends dog!

Dolce, she is new to seeing me this past year.. Dolce lost her eye (common for Shih Tzuā€™s) and became aggressive for her face which led to being banned from her groomer (no shame! not every environment lets dogs thrive!)

My friend told her mom

ā€œno worries, i know someone who basically specializes in Shih Tzuā€™s, sheā€™ll get it done for youā€

Meet your dog groomer!

hi! my name is AJ and iā€™ve been professionally grooming for 3 years!

i currently have 4 dogs, 2 rescued seniors and 2 shih tzu/mixes!

i started in a corporate salon, then non-profit providing sliding scale services to the community while also volunteering free grooms for dogs in crisis!!

i currently groom from home with no kennels and a fear free attitude! i believe every pup deserves the chance to enjoy their Spaw day and go home tired from playing instead of wound up from being in kennels all dayšŸ©·
