Sometimes nail trims look a lot like nap time… and sometimes the largest, most intimidating dogs are actually the biggest babies. 😂

Dino has some pretty serious anxiety around the grooming table and really doesn’t like having his feet handled. With a guy his size, forcing him to stand on the table would only make things harder — and less safe — for both of us.

So Dino gets his own version of a nail appointment: stretched out on the couch, using a human as his personal pillow/security blanket, while I quickly and carefully Dremel his nails. 😂

Grooming doesn’t always have to look textbook. Sometimes meeting the dog where they’re comfortable is what gets the job done — and apparently Dino’s comfort zone is full-body couch snuggles with emotional-support staff. 🖤
