A Special Offering from Storybrook Acres

With our annual NPIP testing just around the corner, we’ve made the decision to offer a few of our treasured keepers for sale this weekend (Oct 24/25)

The foundation of our breeding program comes from carefully selected specialty farms across the country. Each bird represents generations of thoughtful breeding, with an emphasis on temperament, health, beautiful egg color, and adherence to the breed’s Standard of Perfection (SOP). Their price is reflective of their quality.

Available this weekend:

* One Blue Copper Marans rooster
* One Black Copper Marans rooster

These are birds we originally selected for our own breeding program, and we’re excited to offer them to others who appreciate their quality.

This is just a little snapshot of our flock settling in for the evening, getting ready to roost.

Looking for ❤️ Love

One of our beautiful Blue Copper Marans roosters is looking for his own flock. Great at free ranging, good with the ladies, friendly and the softest feathers. He’ll sit on your lap while you feed him treats. He’s a big rooster.

Our unofficial—but fully committed—resident farm cat.
He joins us on walks, patrols the property with quiet authority, climbs trees with ease, and keeps a watchful eye for mice.

Gentle with the flock and chick-safe, he’s as much a part of daily life here as the birds themselves.
A gift, it seems, from the universal cat distribution system—and one we never knew we needed.
