Everyone enjoys Beldi Polo Club, even if you’re not on the field.

A polo match is about so much more than what happens during play.

The preparation. The conversations. The friends. The supporters. The moments before the game—and the celebrations after the final whistle.

What the winter season felt like... ✨

From exciting matches on the field to unforgettable Sunset Polo evenings, every weekend brought something special to Beldi.

Behind every championship, there’s a story. 🏆🎙️
We sat down with Palm Beach Equine Cup champions Scott Swerdlin and Gr**go Colombres — MVP of the tournament — to talk about the win, the team, and the partnership that made it all happen. These two go way back, and the trust they’ve built over the years on and off the field is something truly special.
They also open up about the breeding operation they run together — a passion project that goes beyond polo and speaks to how deeply invested they are in the sport and in each other’s success.
Hit play. This is a good one. 🌿🐴

They needed overtime to settle it. That’s how good this final was. 🌿🏆
Tendonall Equine edged out Beverly Equestrian 10-9 in one of the most exciting matches of the season. Gr**go Colombres led the way with 7 goals, while Nachi Viana and Lucio Ocampo kept Beverly Equestrian right in it until the very end. A final that truly could have gone either way.
A huge congratulations to our award winners:
🏅 MVP — Gr**go Colombres
🐴 Amateur Best Playing Pony — Van Ducati, owned and played by Camp Campbell
🐴 Pro Best Playing Pony — One Nevada, played by Nachi Viana, owned by Tolito F. Ocampo
To close out April with a final like this — we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you to every player, every pony, and every fan who made the Palm Beach Equine Cup what it was.
A special thank you to Palm Beach Equine — your support makes tournaments like this possible.

We sat down with the MVP. 🏆🎙️
After being named Most Valuable Player of the $50,000 USPA National Delegates Cup, we caught up with Fran Villamil to hear the story behind the title. He breaks down what it was like facing Las Petisas in the final, the strategy that got Marjing over the line, and what it means to share the field with his cousin Manu — the person who helped make this whole journey possible.
Fran also opens up about what’s next: a summer at Mashomack, and how this win fits into what’s shaping up to be a big year for him.

Father. Son. Champions. 🏆🐴
At just 12 years old, Antonio Villamil just won the Farm Credit Invitational alongside his dad Juan — and we had to sit them both down for a conversation.
They open up about the journey of playing together, how Antonio juggles school life with competitive polo, the friends he’s made along the way, and why Jeta Castagnola is the player he dreams of playing like one day.
Watch the full interview — it’s a good one. ❤️🌿antonio.villamil
