🐾💚 Happy Tail Update: Lexi 💚🐾

Lexi is absolutely thriving in her forever home and has settled into her routine like she’s been there her whole life! 🏡✨ Every day starts with an excited welcome home, followed immediately by dinner (priorities, of course 🍽️😄), and then it’s off to the yard for her FAVORITE thing ever… FETCH! 🎾🥏

This girl lives to chase! She zooms after frisbees and balls with pure joy, bringing them back like a pro… at least until she’s tuckered out. And her drop-it game? 💯 She’s ready to go again in seconds!

One of her standout traits is how incredibly obedient she is. 🐕💖 Lexi has been busy adding new tricks to her resume, including shake, play dead, and go around! Smart AND eager to please… the dream combo! ✨

She also loves making friends at the dog park 🐾 and running with her fellow pups. No big challenges here, just a small food adjustment to keep her feeling her best and healthiest. 💪

Treats are her love language 🍖💃 — she even does the cutest “happy paws dance” when the treat bag comes out! And speaking of brains, Lexi has officially graduated from beginner puzzles… she mastered her level 1 toy in under a minute 😲 and now tackles a level 4 puzzle like a seasoned pro. Rotate, sniff, solve… repeat!

And one of our favorite moments? A picture of her with bright green paws after romping through freshly cut grass 🌱😂 — proof that life is meant to be lived full speed ahead!

Way to go, Lexi! We couldn’t be happier to see you living your best life 💚🐾

✨ Meet Sookie ✨

This beautiful girl is approximately 2 years old and ready to trade her past for a future full of love, adventure, and maybe a few squirrel-chasing marathons 🐿️💨

Sookie is a happy, energetic pup who wakes up every day ready to go, go, go! Whether it’s exploring the yard, playing with her dog friends, or soaking up attention from her humans, she’s all in 💕

🐾 Dog-friendly and enjoys hanging out with her buddies
🐾 Cat-aware, but will chase if they run (so confident kitties only!)
🐾 LOVES the idea of chasing rabbits and squirrels all day
🐾 Working on her manners and improving every day
🐾 Can get a little overexcited (who can blame her?)
🐾 Learning leash skills like a champ
🐾 Kennels well and keeps her space clean (we think she’s house trained!)
🐾 Big fan of chew bones 🦴

Sookie absolutely adores people of all ages and believes kids are meant for running, playing, and giving enthusiastic face kisses 😘 With a little continued training, she would thrive in a home with kiddos to burn energy with in the backyard 🌳

She’s got a heart full of joy, a spirit built for adventure, and she’s just waiting for someone to say, “You’re mine.”

If joy had four legs and a wagging tail, it would be Archie. This lovable goofball is equal parts explorer, cuddle companion, and snack detective 🕵️‍♂️🍖

Archie is the kind of dog who greets every day like it’s the best one yet. He’s sweet, loyal, and bursting with personality, always ready to soak up attention and return it tenfold. Whether it’s a walk through the trails or just hanging out at home, Archie is happiest right by your side.

🐾 Happy Tail Update – Indy (formerly Vivian)! 🐾

Indy checked in with us after just over a year in her forever home, and her update absolutely made our hearts burst! 💛

She says life has been nothing short of amazing and truly life-changing — and she still can’t believe how lucky she is to have found her perfect family! 🏡✨

Indy has become quite the athlete, mastering fetch and frisbee like a total pro 🎾🥏, and she’s loving every second of life with her brother Jet. The two are the best of friends, and she fits in beautifully with her people — like she was always meant to be there. 🐶❤️

Stories like Indy’s remind us exactly why we do what we do. Seeing our pups thrive, loved and cherished, is the greatest reward. 💕

Keep living your best life, sweet Indy — we couldn’t be happier for you! 🐾

🐾 Meet Smudge! 🐾

Smudge is a 3–6 month old male mixed breed puppy with a big personality packed into a growing little body! This handsome boy is equal parts energy, brains, and heart—he’s always ready to learn, play, and soak up all the love you have to give.

✨ The good stuff:
• Great with other dogs (big and small!) and takes cues respectfully
• Cat-friendly… though he really hopes they’ll play with him 😄
• Loves kids and enjoys being part of the action
• Smart and eager to please

Smudge is currently working on his puppy basics—he’s learning to walk nicely on a leash, sit, and kennel up like a champ. He sleeps through the night in his kennel and is making great progress with house training, especially when kept on a consistent schedule. Like any puppy, he’s had a few accidents, but he’s a quick learner and will thrive with patience and consistency.

He’s also learning that jumping on his tiny human friends isn’t ideal—but he just gets so excited to see them! 💛

💙 A little about his journey:
When Smudge first arrived, he was struggling with mange, missing fur, and irritated skin. After a couple months of treatment and TLC, he has made an incredible transformation and now sports a shiny, healthy coat to match his happy spirit!

✔️ Current on flea/tick/heartworm prevention & deworming
✔️ Will be neutered prior to adoption
